The possibilities are endless with a machine like that- throw some flat tin on the front and you have a snowplow. Life car engines out of vehicles. You could bulldoze the old camper. That machine is priceless

I did a tune up on an old Clark but it was smaller and it had the flat head 4 cyl in-line engine . I must say it deff ran great but the rest of the forklift deff had issues lol

Yep that’s definitely a Continental engine. The oil fill/ hydraulic pump mount is about the same as the one on the Continental Diesel in my 1957 International tractor. Some Continental stuff is harder to find parts for, but I’d bet Monte’s equipment would have most of the parts for that engine if nobody else did.

I feel your pain, we've got an early 70s Argo 6x6. Takes a good effort to get going, and guaranteed to break every ride. But the kids love to ride along inside it lol. Have you had any Argos come across your shop?

Rotting away, I’ve only had it for about 3-4 months. It was in a wreck and needs a new frame and a bunch of other stuff.
