My first few seemed to result the same way. I tested a handful yesterday with a party of players and we ended up getting the 3% drop almost half of the time. That shocked me and I don’t think that’s the norm. Mathematically increasing it from 3% to 6% is obviously better but when you still have a 78% chance of getting literally anything but the top two drops even with a stabilizer… Still, 50 is a lot! Over 200 hours played, shape stabilizers have never lead to me getting anything rare. Used every one of them. Maybe it helped, i've never seen it help though.

The increase in percentage is negligible at best. Pointless at worst. 3% increase is as good as nothing. If you get a 3% increase in your salary and your salary is 3000. That increase is 30 dollars. It does nothing
The drops are so very random, (even when using Stabilizers), for example: I just got something for Ultimate Bunny which has a %3 drop chance, and it was my 1st ´maybe 2nd´ time using that pattern. (I was actually grinding for something else entirely AND with a much higher drop chance THAN the Bunny thing)...I was very happy though as Bunny is one of my fave if not my fave character yet. Its my 3rd week playing the game (almost non'stop) and To grind for items can take AGES!., To make the FARMING dinamic or LESS repetitive I do from 3 to 5 times the same mission and THEN switch to another one. So I focus on 2 to 3 different items at the time or even 2 items for an specific weapon or character. I also like the idea that by travelling to a different location and then come back MIGHT actually CHANGE the Drop/rotation cycle (IF SUCH THINGS EXISTS) hahaha!... P.S Great video and thanks for sharing. I play on PS4 and Im happy to team up with people to grind for stuff and fight Bosses. LET THE GRIND BEGIN!
3 weeks in and sounds like you’re CRUSHING IT! Nicely done! I’m also a fan of switching up from time to time by adding some variation to the material I’m farming. There’s more than one way to get those drops. Might as well mix it up and enjoy it (and maybe snag some additional sweet drops along the way). Drop rates are about 1/2 of what they state. The 6% could take upwards of 100-200 runs. I'm saving most of them up and hoping things are buffed in the future. I'm loving the game, but I carrot might be too far away for me.
That numbers on the things don't matter I've been running for ultimate Ajax and Kyle since I finished the game and since it started I've been running for those two and I haven't gotten all but one part for Ajax and two parts Kyle. The more popular ones they make harder to get so you can't get them so they want you to buy them that's why they do it
3/100 times should get you an energy activator but it’s not guaranteed. Maybe you hit a ton of them in your remaining 30. Honestly, I considered doing some data analytics on the drop rates but someone beat me to it. I may share the results depending on the sample size.
@@Ducspeed I think that there is an even worse drop rate for some with trying to get the patterns to start with , I was trying to get some earlier with a friend he got 1 to drop every other run in an hour and I got 2 in all the runs . If you can't even get the patterns how can you even open them ?
I cannot believe you are serious with that opening. Who is going to farm a reactor and not have amorphous on them. That is the first thing you research and go collect and not just one. A bit of a stretch...should I keep watching more of this video?

This is why this game should not have a story and instead actually explain how the game works instead. All that time and money spent just so voice actors can get their cut and ruin a sand box game. Bunny is unplayable with that screeching voice I had to change it too the Korean VA's and now I just turn off voices all together as they don't ever shudup. The RNG is cancer and any attempt to justify it just makes you sound worse. Even if it is working as intended it is no way to run a game. RNG gives no feeling of satisfaction unless you are completely useless and like getting things for no effort and free. Like a lottery this game is a tax on the stupid and the only good thing about it is the Ultimate Bunny skin and a few others.
Shape stabilizers are a fucking JOKE... I've used over 50 and have gotten mid or below mats EVERY TIME

they helped my 5 or 6 times to get 6% items, its all rng imo tho.
Instead of those stupid shape stabilizers add a higher percentage of the other items that you can get

I like to farm & open like 10 at a time but ammo is always a problem even with the ammo trick with ammo swap 😢
Same these should really have an ammo box or somthing near by
Just have to die out once or twice. Some monsters heal up so come back quick
