I have a question: why take the AVG of the day strain? For example: running 12.1, elliptical 8.2 other: 7.5 How does taking the AVG more of a measurement of the bodies strain rather then adding them up. Thank you.

people still don’t understand strain isn’t weight effort but it’s all about cardio and nerves
