Hey Alex. I bought this asset yesterday from the marketplace. I only need a few things from it. Mainly fencing and some warehouse walls and beams. I can't find certain textures elsewhere in the marketplace and it looks like you have a few that I need. Is it alright if I butcher this thing and only use what I need?
