If the right people would get their hands into flint and work with people in the community to improve it for them not, how some rich developer wants it, not running people out, flint could do amazing things. I might not be from Flint but, being born and raised in Michigan I have love for my state and those in it. I would love to get my hands in some property out that way and organize parts of the community to do the same and fix the city up. The music scene is jumping so, that alone could help with tourism once the streets are cleaned up.

I’m a realtor that specializes in working with investors in the flint area. There are much worse parts then showcased in this video. He was off on the price estimate for the “bando” being $2000, more likely then not, they could at least get $7000 out of that unit depending on the foundation. That being said, all of the people in Flint are super nice! I love the locals and the community. Flint is making a come back and is nowhere near what it was in 2008-2016
Born and raised in the Flint area. General Motors and the Government destroyed this town. We have some of the hardest working and gritty people in the Nation. It’s about survival.
I'm sure there are plenty of people in Flint on some bs but it's really cool to see hood dudes from a real grimmy environment talkin about they not with the shooting and will box it out.
I grew up on the North side of Flint and turned out okay. Never been in any gun and/or gang related situation. Nor violence. Sure theft was huge where I lived, and that was just ridiculous, but we got a white german shepherd and everyone thought it was a wolf and nobody messed with us anymore. Perhaps I'm just lucky or perhaps people know that a little white girl minding her own business or being personable isn't worth messin' with. I love Flint.
Never seen one of this guys vids but I respect him for conducting honest and respectful interviews seems like this guy is a decent journalist that’s what’s up
It's great to see Flint in a good light. There is way more good going on but that doesn't get nearly enough publicity. Downtown is practically all new. It's great. Lots of great restaurants, places for live music, we're coming back! I'm a proud Flint native and advocate. Born, raised, and will die that way
I think you need to do a part two to this video. You only got to experience half of Beecher. Next time check out “dirt Ville” over by the other water tower. We call it “dirt Ville” because a lot of the roads are still dirt. You could show landmarks like King Karate, Romas pizzeria, And a barber shop called the “locker room”. Buc Town has a lot of history. And I can honestly say it’s been a unique experience growing up here, but if I hit the Powerball tomorrow I wouldn’t leave. I love this place. Grandmaster Jackie King showed me/countless others The potential of themselves and this community. Check out “ Kings of Flint” if this sparks your curiosity. You would be surprised at some of the extraordinary people that emerge from this place. 😎

@@victormacs7897 that’s cuz when I install new appliances like a water heater the home is broken into that night lmao
I been thinking bout buying up there, any advice?
Thats great man, Im from Canada but im looking to do the same buy properties in Michigan, Ohio, Penn etc.
You should do one of these documentaries in the uk hoods would be great content
BADASS dude! Thank you for this man we need MORE REAL PEOPLE to see the inside of Flint!
Crazy to see this high quality of a video so close to home. Great content!❤
You do know that they are all actors right?
@@ERMOONSaladino5 had no clue but regardless of the people involved i was more just saying it was cool to see something of this quality close to were I live is all.
@@electric-airhead He didn't even try to vlog real people that live there.

@@gt22322 bet thanks for the tip
If tommy doesn't hangout with these dudes again imma be real upset... They legit seem so fun.
Why would he want to hang out with actors that he paid for to be in his scripted documentary?
@@ERMOONSaladino6you're delusional

We gotta protect this Man. You SOLID Bro keep that same energy and vibe🤞🏾💯🤝
You know it’s a good day when Tommy G posts!
Well he isn't helping the situation by making a fake documentary of it with actors.

I've had a lot of good times in Beecher, and a lot of good times in Flint, but you really have to be a straight up dude to rock there.
Damn, Flint been through a lot. Good to see positive minds and positive people especially after all the crap they gone through.
Yo respect to the homies of Flint. Love from New Zealand 🥝
Dude chilling with some of the hardest and realest in the rap game and don’t even realize it 😭😭
“I’ll have lil e chase you down he got little legs” - Rio 😂😭

Dude was supposed to be in the league now he right back in the hood that shit sad af
Nobody makes it pro
I’m a realtor that specializes in working with investors in the flint area. There are much worse parts then showcased in this video. He was off on the price estimate for the “bando” being $2000, more likely then not, they could at least get $7000 out of that unit depending on the foundation. That being said, all of the people in Flint are super nice! I love the locals and the community. Flint is making a come back and is nowhere near what it was in 2008-2016
As a Michigan boy I think I have to buy that shirt.

Born and raised in the Flint area. General Motors and the Government destroyed this town. We have some of the hardest working and gritty people in the Nation. It’s about survival.
Keep going bro we all appreciate you
Flint is top tier for exploring abandoned buildings, loved exploring rios school
They family fasho ol dude in red hoody say “ let me go first if I fall thru I ain’t got nothing going.” Family protect the bread winner.
Crazy seeing E, Grams & krispylife on here I been bumping them for years, FREE RIO !
these are the people and the videos that can save the world. Thanks Tommy G. Love it.
Thanks for hearing out Flint
I love Flint.
the way you edit yo videos by making it cool and engaging. while showing some real shit is top tier keep it up yo

Born, raised, and will die that way
I listen to Grindhard E and YSR Gramz every day in Florida.
الله يهديهم و يصلح حالهم و بث الحب و الموده على قلوبهم 🤲🏼
I like how tommy g isn’t like any old TH-camr who goes to the hood, he’s respectful and a journalist fr
I love nature documentaries. Monkeys are the most interesting, because it's like looking at how human beings got where we are.
sending love to my Flintstones from Oakland Co
i live in central flint and go on regular night time walks. this sounds crazy but when you’ve been in this environment ur entire life it gets to a point it’s not scary anymore. And i think that’s part of the problem we stopped fighting the epidemic in our city and started embracing it
I’m from flint and this video is fire 🔥
No way you came to flint bro. 🤣 born n raised here this the best thing that’s happened to the city in a while
Flint is one of the coolest hoods you’ll evvvver go to..
Do Saginaw, Michigan next
Ayeeee shoutout form Battle Creek you coming all over Michigan ✊🏻
Respect goes a long way ANYWHERE you go. Tommy is always respectful and doesn’t be on no weird typical TH-camr shii. He actually asks good questions, does his homework, and overall does really good journalism. That’s why he stands out from the others that do this similar type of content. Salute, Tommy! 🫡
What a great example they’re setting for that child. That poor kid doesn’t stand a chance.
Shout out for coming to Michiganand showing love 😎👌🏾
