- 15 minutes mein banaein bilkul bazar jaisi kurkuri aur raseeli Jalebi jo sabhi ka dil jeet legi.
Ingredients for this recipe :
मैदा - १/२ कप
देशी घी - १ छोटा चम्मच + तलने अनुसार
चीनी - १ कप
इलाइची पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
केसर - १ चुटकी
फ़ूड कलर (जलेबी पीला) - १ चुटकी
इनो पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच

All purpose flour - ½ cup
Desi Ghee - 1 tsp + to deep fry
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Saffron - 1 pinch
Food color (Jalebi) - 1 pinch
ENO powder - ½ tsp
