INGREDIENTS:
For Rabri:
* Full Cream Milk (फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1 glass
* Sugar (चीनी) - 2 spoon
* Pistacho (पिस्ता)
For Sugar Syrup:
* Water पानी() - more than 1/2 cup
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 cup
* Cardamom (इलायची) - some crushed
* Saffron Leaves (केसर) - some
For Poori:
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 200 gram
* Milk (दूध) - 250-300 ml
* Khoya/Mawa (खोया/मावा) - 250 gram
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
* Pistacho (पिस्ता) - for garnishing
RECIPE:
For Rabri, take a pan & put Full Cream Milk boil it then put Sugar & cook it till it gets thick then turn off the flame & put some Pistacho in it.
For Sugar Syrup, take a pan put Water & Sugar then cook it. For enhance its taste put some crushed Cardamom & Saffron Leaves in it & cook it till it gets sticky.
For Poori, take a mixing bowl & put All-Purpose Flour in it & sieve it. Put Milk & mix it gradually. Add grated Khoya/Mawa & put it in the mixture gradually & whisk it well add some more Milk if required. Take a pan, put Oil for heating & put the Mixture & deep fry it untill it gets rise. Turn the flame high & fry it till golden colour appears. Take them out & put them in the Sugar Syrup.
Serve them in the plate pour some Sugar Syrup & garnish it with Pistacho & enjoy them with Rabri.
