Just found your channel. it's great not having to listen to a comic you tuber pushing his latest spec books. And I am a fan of the BC horror books so it is fantastic that some one is giving those great books a bit of love!
As stated before, I didn’t grow up with comics, and my husband did. He especially loves his ASM but I love ALL old covers like the ones you show and talk about. These are so cool, and I even have a Black Magic one, which was the very first comic my husband got me! Thank you!
Love seeing the creepy covers at the beginning. Bernie Wrightson is one of my favorite artist. Really thought the bug wouldn't last beyond 2 minutes! lol
As someone who has recently entered the world of comic book collecting.These videos have helped immensely with understanding the market, and has opened my eyes to many interesting comic series. Keep up the good work it is much appreciated!!

Great show as always. Glad to see Crime SuspenStories 23 made the list. One of my favorites. I actually own Jerry Garcia's personal copy of that one. It's probably my most treasured book. Two of my favorite things (The Dead and EC) colliding in one piece.

I loved the "bug on head counter" Rachel! Nicely done! Regarding Joe Maneely... I always feel it's necessary to point out how we, as a comic community, lost a great artist with his tragic death at such a young age. Stan Lee felt he would have been the next Jack Kirby.
That’s rough. Big risk when you send it out for grading with CGC. You don’t know how much they are going to handle it. When you saw that comic and said that you would not have sent it for grading, something happened to it. Thank you for your content. Love watching the both of you guys.

I don't have a lot of experience with magazines. I never really "collected" them, but I picked up tons for reading. I liked heavy metal, mad and cream magazine the most. I didn't like having to store them, it was a real headache.
I was happy to hear that you press books up to 5 times. I am beginning to press my own books and after the first press , there is still some defect that won’t be pressed. And I was worrying if I was doing something wrong. Thank
I am glad to see you have a great sense of humor Dave and so does your daughter. I might be the only one who comments on Ragman. I thought it was a cool series. IMO, DC had several good short run titles in the Bronze Age. Some just didn't sell well thus ending their runs and some others were victim of the infamous DC Explosion/Implosion.

Not really. I don’t want to be a channel about pressing. There are tons of other ones that do a better job at focusing on the process. I will show aspects of it from time to time. I always recommend Kaptain Myke’s channel. He’s fantastic.
