Hello I have JBL Tune 130 NC TWS, my left earbud is too low I already reset it but still the same I'm using only the right one. how can I fix it? Thanks
You can just open the small silver thing and clean it from inside because if from outside it might be look clean. This because of the earwax trap inside makes the sound low.

I just bought these and what I realize if you're in a call the volume sounds low, but if you lower the volume it reassumes the correct call volume level and then you can increase the volume
@@mikeserpa2907the DUMB thing they did is u can change which earbud does a or b thing from the app settings, but u can either set left with ANC options and right with control/stop videos or music options and the volume option won't be available til u change one of the earbuds option.
I have jbl tune buds but in jbl headphones app its not getting connecting just a grey picture of my buds coming when i tap on it there is not any settings open and jbl app ask me to pair my headphones with Bluetooth but its already connected give me a solution plzz😢😢
They sound good, but people should not use them on the go. If you forget the charging case, they become useless and cannot be powered once they shut down due to inactivity
The worst ear buds I have ever owned. It can not pause or play TH-cam videos with a tap. At this moment I'm listening to this video with only right earbud and whatever you do with it (tap once, tap twice, tap three times) , it does not do anything. Voice assistant does not work as well. Tap and hold brings up the chime, but it does not do anything if you ask for sheaths for an example. It's like you have to use both of earbuds to make them work with tapping commands. I'll be returning them when I get back from my holiday.
Yeah, I don't know what you are talking about cause for me they work great and I don't have any of the issues you mention. I can pause and play videos with both earphones or even just one. Even the voice assistant works great with both or just one earphone on
Ok... After using them for 3 months here are the things that piss me off with these earbuds. Don't buy them if you don't like these things: 1. You can only Power off the earbud through the app (there's no option to hold a button to power off) and you can't switch them back ON unless you put them back in the box, because jbl app tells you "we can't find your earbuds" after switching them off. Stupid... If you want to switch them off and put them in the pocket for 20 mins to save battery, you can't. Your phone and box need to be with you all the time. You can't leave it anywhere, like in the truck, while you're doing the work. 2. Ambient aware is the only option when using one earbud only. WTF? That's the time you would want noise cancelling to work, because you have other ear open for Ambient awareness. Stupid... 3. Different commands are assigned to each earbuds... Can't control everything on just one earbud. Like, some commands are on left earbud, where pause and play is on the right. You can switch them in the app, but again the commands are split between two earbuds. Stupid.... 4. No volume control on any of the earbuds. You need your phone to control the volume, so if your using earbuds, your phone needs to be with you if you need to control the volume. Stupid... 5. Constant connection problems - when you open the box they go into pairing mode quite often even though you paired them an hour ago. Pause /play don't work when they connect in that manner. You need to reconnect and repair again in order for tap buttons to work again. Stupid... 6. It's so touch sensitive, even the edges of the earbuds. Almost every time you adjust the earbuds in your ear, it activates notifications. Even if you hold it by the edge. Stupid... 7. Couldn't ski and enjoy music while down the slopes with them, because of touch panel so sensitive. My balaclava over earbuds was constantly activating touch button. Stupid... 8. Get this now!!! Someone else can connect and ring the earbud while I'm listening. Even play music without me excepting connection between the new phone and my earbuds. My colleague saw my earbuds in his Bluetooth and connected without issues. As soon as you open the box, someone can connect to it. He rang the earbuds with high pitched noise while they were in my ear, while I was watching a video. I asked third colleague to connect to them as well and he did, while two of us were connected already. Stupid... . So, yeah.... Dumb product all together.
I thought I just didn't know how to do all of that. What sucks is I sometimes will take walks without the charge box and they will auto shutdown, after which I need to reinsert them in the box to get them to work.

Hi, App is not detecting my tune buds. rest I can listen music and noise cancellation working fine. Kindly help
sound too low while making calls and listening to music other ear buds give good sounds but this jbl ear buds disappointed me.
Skill issue, mine work great and easily could turn up the volume enough to almost hurt my ears.
You have to switch off the ambient sound control.

you need to use the app to set them to their functions, you'll want volume control, and playback control.

Worst headphone I've every bought they are garbage. Will not sit in your ears and constantly fall out. Impossible for gym use
