After a year of being completely robbed of my money and assets I went to a lawyer who happens to be a female. The lawyer basically said my wife is screwing me and she’s going to have to pay me back over 5000 dollars worth of back pay. And more in unfair separation of other assets she took. Justice baby!!!!
She received about $144,000 in child support payment from the time they were divorced until I assume when the child they had became 18, plus he had to pay her legal fees which was between $25k- $35K. The guy was not against her getting money, but he thought it should have come from the state since they were the ones to screw up in the first place.

Near the bottom: "We reverse the trial court’s judgment and render judgment that Tucker take nothing on her claims" The appeal to that decision was overturned.
