What a different looking house. Ive never seen a house like these. I like how you can chill on your dam rooftop. Now that’s called, Living the American Dream!
I love these three story homes. Great price, but you are so right on the type of home buyers this is for. Definitely not for the elderly, but great for young, energetic families.
That is the most beautiful house I’ve seen in my life. I am seriously considering moving to the Vegas area now. For that price you can only get a studio condo here in DC. I’m wondering why I’m still living here.
THAT is what I want!! Rooftop deck! Remember that because I am on my way to you guys down there one of these days my man! Thank you for the video. I always appreciate your frank honesty - which is awesome for a real estate representative, but I'm _definitely_ the sort of person who is into this kind of layout! Appreciate the vid.
I'll take anything with a high walk-out balcony or master retreat though. I'm 30 from South Dakota, but I'm coming for ya so we will have to stay in touch! Thanks again for your channel.
Actually I don't get why their so tight and in line which don't afford any privacy. They shoudl be at an angle to create some privacy. People shouldn't have to live with their side windows closed all the time.
Here in the DMV which is DC/MD/VA which I live in MD suburbs we consider this house a detached townhouse. It’s nice but too many stairs like you said. Glad to see it had a pool.
I dont mind the obstacle that is the entry way stair case but at the same time... what were the architects thinking? Love the roof top living space. Should be mandatory on more homes.
When you enter the house it's odd that there's immediately a small stairs , so you have to go up and down to get to the other side. I've never seen that set up before.
The house seems to be confused on what it wants to be, a multi level and a loft and a ☀Dek too many stairs and living rooms, who needs a gym membership, just stay home and get a workout. But you can't beat that price.
Looks like a single young professional pad, or bachelor pad that'll be be good for a short term living and just Airbnb the hell out of it afterwards if you ask me. Or maybe even a holiday/party pad for bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Tile flooring but you don’t show this option and we could not possibly know what the standard would be ... You DID clarify what you meant by lifestyle in reference to this particular build later in this video / Thanks wasn’t sure b4
What type of lifestyle are you recommending for this particular type of structure, I was waiting for you to Elaborate , up to that point this unit seems to be nice enough but I myself prefer REAL WOOD BURNING FIREPLACES
Good showing Chakits! Question - that door in the first level that leads to the garage - was it air tight? It just seemed like a regular door. In Canada, that would have to be an air tight exterior door so that no fumes (car exhaust) from the garage could enter the home. Just curious.
I always watch your videos coz I'm always awe with the house design tho I have a question most of the houses you featured has a lot of living room, how many living room does a family in America need in a house? 😁😁
I love your videos as always, chakits do you know the name of the fireplace with the white frame please can you get that info for me.od possible ,it's so beautiful
The atmosphere feels like a condo more so than a home, however, it’s nice, but the stairs are not exciting, Children will like that not older adults.♥️
I’m thinking about moving to Vegas from florida. What’s the average price for a home in a gated community that’s a 3-4bdrm? Better yet what’s the average home price for a 3-4 been period
AARON IBARRA ft. Lauderdale is expensive af. You’re probably looking at 250k for a 3bdrm on average if you want a good decent place. Reason I’m leaving is because of too much tourism and my city is becoming overcrowded. I live in Pensacola btw. If you wanna move to Florida I’d suggest here and move out to the country side. Homes out there run around 75-400k but you get a lot of land and a lot of privacy.
It's funny how they won't let you go in the swimming pool area in case of an accidents but they DO allow you to go on the third floor deck where you could climb and jump if you were a little kid. Just don't get it but I guess I do??? hahaha
Hi, I like your channel. I live in California and we’re thinking of buying a home there in Las Vegas for retirement purpose and investment. What good location do you suggest? Thank you.
The best think to do is to come out here for a day and explore the City. There are so many great places to live. Prior to your visit contact me at 702-319-1092 for a buyers consultation. Look forward to hearing from you. Have a blessed day!
Great quality video, however, your price listed in the title is very misleading. First of all, you are showing model homes, with tons and tons of upgrades. The price listed is the starting price for the base model without any upgrades whatsoever. With just some basic upgrades and lot premium, the price would be 430k+. Those model homes will probably sell for 550k+, if not more.
The360Xperience It's not really misleading if you're paying attention to how new homes are sold. The builder almost always has a model home that shows you the full potential for that plan. They're not only trying to sell you a home but a "lifestyle". Honestly I'd rather see the model, find out the base price and go into my purchase of where I want to land within my budget and then upgrade to the model's level or beyond.
It’s nice but not practical. They should have had one huge open space on the 2nd level. No walls. Maybe just some support beams. Had one huge entertainment area. Instead of walls and two small living rooms. If anything is make the dining room in with the kitchen instead of a family room. It’s so pointless. The bedrooms are small as well. Like apartment sized at best, the deck had no shade and just seemed like a waste of space. The house needs a nice walk out deck off the kitchen.
disappointing no bathroom on the ground floor. also I would make the "family " room adjacent to the kitchen into a dining room, and the combo living /dining into the living room, more space that way. the roof top was small, it all gives the feeling of a luxury condo
The layout is a little odd and will not work once the person gets older. The amount of living spaces makes the house confusing and not good for entertaining. You will have folks everywhere!!
John Alvarez seriously thinking of moving my family out of the Bay Area all these tech companies are seriously pushing us middle class families out of state
Stopping the video at the door ( would have been nice if you would have SHOWN THE WHOLE DOOR HANDLE so we could view HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKED ... since YOU BROUGHT IT TO OUR ATTENTION Sir .

Love this concept... And the rooftop deck for additional entertainment space on the outside love it
That is the most beautiful house I’ve seen in my life. I am seriously considering moving to the Vegas area now. For that price you can only get a studio condo here in DC. I’m wondering why I’m still living here.
Hurry!
well jobs in nevada dont pay that well either... so there is a trade off
@John Edwards well LA is a very quick and cheap plane ride away when you want to see world class museums
Mostly like. Love roof top decks
Another beautiful 3 story home. Very affordable with great styling for the price.
THAT is what I want!! Rooftop deck! Remember that because I am on my way to you guys down there one of these days my man! Thank you for the video. This may be a dumb question. But most of Nevada is empty desert, why make the homes so close together?
Not that much land for sale.
slacker rudie A lawn is expensive to maintain and all of them are communities i think so buyers dont have that many options
Actually I don't get why their so tight and in line which don't afford any privacy. They shoudl be at an angle to create some privacy. People shouldn't have to live with their side windows closed all the time.
because they have discovered readily available market for such close houses.
Because the more houses per acre the more tax revenue per acre
a half bath is needed on the lower level for lounging and pool area users.
Great Idea if you have a pool.
Can this come with no carpet?
Your videos are getting better and better. I enjoy them very much. Great job! Have a blessed day too :)
Thanks you so much and have a blessed day!
Love it as a single person. Small house parties.
Here in the DMV which is DC/MD/VA which I live in MD suburbs we consider this house a detached townhouse. It’s nice but too many stairs like you said. Glad to see it had a pool.
It's cool. Like the different chill zones etc. But damn, you would really have to love stairs.
I dont mind the obstacle that is the entry way stair case but at the same time... what were the architects thinking? Love the roof top living space. Should be mandatory on more homes.
was there you wouldnt like it.ungodly windy
When you enter the house it's odd that there's immediately a small stairs , so you have to go up and down to get to the other side. I've never seen that set up before.
Paul Phillips yea it was odd. In a really cool way though
I like that...
I’m very into that rooftop. Very nice home. Great video.
I like the way you go to the side first & show the extent of the house.
I’m happy with one story 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. Someday or soon if I move to Vegas to join my family. I’m in Maui, Hawaii now.
I like it, I like townhouse type homes. stairs keep you young.
The house seems to be confused on what it wants to be, a multi level and a loft and a ☀Dek too many stairs and living rooms, who needs a gym membership, just stay home and get a workout. But you can't beat that price.
Loved the pool and patio!
I just want a house with an accessible rooftop, so I can open the rooftop door and say, "Oh hi Mark"
Looks like a single young professional pad, or bachelor pad that'll be be good for a short term living and just Airbnb the hell out of it afterwards if you ask me. Or maybe even a holiday/party pad for bachelor and bachelorette parties.
a home for an youtuber
perfect for a piano teacher :) can teach students on the first floor
I actually love it. Another good video 👍
I don’t understand why the laundry is on the bottom floor. Doing laundry would be a nightmare.
Great exercise.
Aaron Fry lmao
You're stupid.
I think it’s a preventive measure in case of a pipe leak it won’t damage most of the house.
Try on the roof. This where my laundry is, against gravity.
Good video, learned a few new things. Thanks.
Thank you for changing your music. Much better :)
I liked the three story home
Looks cool, but like you said, sucks having to go up so many flights of stairs. I cant image moving furniture or doing loads of laundry.
I like all your listings
Its not my listing I'm just a Las Vegas Realtor showing you a model home for sale.
Tile flooring but you don’t show this option and we could not possibly know what the standard would be ... You DID clarify what you meant by lifestyle in reference to this particular build later in this video / Thanks wasn’t sure b4

Im not to sure if its air tight. I'm not to sure if its even required by code..
How long does it take to park a car in a garage unless someone is one of those idiots who likes backing it in?
17k subs??!!! Great job
Lets shot for 20,000 SUBS
Nice price but I think if I was barbecuing a lot I would get tired running up and down the stairs if I forgot something
I always watch your videos coz I'm always awe with the house design tho I have a question most of the houses you featured has a lot of living room, how many living room does a family in America need in a house? 😁😁
your videos are amazing! def going to contact you to buy a home in Vegas. Thanks!
Nice home! A few issues...Laundry on The Ground floor? And the 3rd room a no-show?...
hi no garage at that prices and laundry should be on living area floor and at least 5 rooms
Hey hows it goin? Love the videos man. Quick question. Can you have a gazebo tent on the rooftop?
Liked before watching 💯
Very nice house for the price. An elevator would be awesome.
Some of the homes with have an elevator.
I love your videos as always, chakits do you know the name of the fireplace with the white frame please can you get that info for me.od possible ,it's so beautiful
I sorry I don't. Let me see what I can do.. NO guarantee.
keep up the good work.
Thank you and have a blessed day!
I actually REALLY like this house, the only downside is that it’s on a desert lol. I need greenery to live hahaha. But anyways, good house and price.
I like it, but i miss an elevator, balconys, and windows that goes down to the floor. The pool was to small.
Good way to get some exercise 🤗
Ture
The atmosphere feels like a condo more so than a home, however, it’s nice, but the stairs are not exciting, Children will like that not older adults.♥️
Lifestyles With Ajike Williams Mbruh when u are a child u dont even care
This is a beautiful property but I think I've seen one that was a little bit bigger I'm definitely interested
Hi Carl. Are you in the market for a 3 story home? I would love to earn your business and help you with the process.
I like the price. Only thing I see is a drawback does the garage not enough room for the two cars
Good eye.

the design of this house looks better by half than the 800k houses you have shown.
Love that house, keep em coming.
urgh, this hurts to watch b/c prices like that don't exist at where i live AHHHHHHHHHHH
It's funny how they won't let you go in the swimming pool area in case of an accidents but they DO allow you to go on the third floor deck where you could climb and jump if you were a little kid. Just don't get it but I guess I do??? hahaha

if I bought a place like this I would live alone
Is that the only space between houses?
Correct
Cool house. But I would need a 10 car garage at least.
what if it rains on the rooftop? No cover
can’t understand why so many livingroom
Its just the trends of different living options.
Yes. The living space combined with the kitchen should be where the dining room table should be, freeing up more living room space.
What kind of life style fits a three story building please explain mrchatkits?
The life style is more indoor living.
I live in vegas and I never see any of these houses on this channel. Maybe cause I live on the poor side 😂😭
I like this!
this kind of place is where you can go far from all homeless people that hang around anywhere
Do these companies ever sell the model homes??? If so are they discounted?
NO. Its sold normally at the end for top dollar.
New construction like this in CA gonna run about $600k on the low side. IMO, No need for a rooftop patio because it’s hot AF there.
I loved the concept from the outside, but this is the choppiest house i've ever seen. The staircases truly ruin it.
Love your videos, not a fan of fish eye lense though
How big was the last bedroom? I think you missed it.
I'm going to guess it was pretty much a carbon copy of that other bedroom.
Correct!
I missed that room but it was only 10x10.
Can I get a PDF file for this home please
There should be a link in the video description.
Beautiful home. But seriously laundry room needs to be in the bedroom level area. Tri level homes don’t feel homie it’s more like condo living.
3 story is not bad.depends on the floor plan
What's with two car / not two car garages. They are either two car or car and a half. Or is that how it works in Vegas.
Its a two car.
For someone six nine that would be a nightmare walking through doors
You'll need a home that has 8 foot doors.
A ton of stairs but at least the price is somewhere near normalcy. I still wouldn't pay the asking but maybe at 250 I'd consider it..
Great quality video, however, your price listed in the title is very misleading.

In all the videos if you noticed I always say the base price.
Chakits Krulsawat, in the description, yes. But I’m the title says that house for this price...great videos anyways I always enjoy them

I wish they staggered the homes a bit. Every side window has a window looking back at you. Zero privacy!!
What camera do you use to shoot these videos? Its great quality.
Go Pro
I know this was 3yrs ago how much is a house like this in 2021 will cost?
I feel like it would be too windy on the rooftop for the grill to stay lit
Only on some days!
It’s nice but not practical. They should have had one huge open space on the 2nd level. No walls. Maybe just some support beams. Had one huge entertainment area. Starting at 391k + upgrades (15-20 k) + lot premium fee (10-30k) + pool (40-60k) that home is +500k.
John Alvarez still way fuckin better then I could ever afford here in the bay area
I agree! I love this builder!
John Alvarez seriously thinking of moving my family out of the Bay Area all these tech companies are seriously pushing us middle class families out of state
John Alvarez here in the Bay Area you get half that house if that for that price
@@5.0foxbody8 im actually building one in 2 months. Definitely worth moving for. Vegas is a beautiful city and more to it than just the casinos.
cool
Why are they so cheap? Is the vacation rental market good in vegas?
You much live in a more expensive market.
I wasn't really a big fan of this particular house. All those stairs would have been a issue for me as well as that counter in the kitchen
Does the pool come with it
Never on a new home build.
Chakits Krulsawat how much more with a pool
You could stargaze so easily.
Aliens can peoplegaze us so easily 👽😍
이게 정말 타운하우스네..가격도 정말 좋고..한국은 완전 대충대충이네..
There are so many living rooms
I know right!
Where’s the grass? That concrete & pavement must be hotter than 🔥
No grass. Its not the hot here. only about 2 months out of the year.
90k overpriced
It would have been better if there's a lift..3~4 floors is hard to take every day!
Stopping the video at the door ( would have been nice if you would have SHOWN THE WHOLE DOOR HANDLE so we could view HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKED ... since YOU BROUGHT IT TO OUR ATTENTION Sir .
they build the houses close together so land owners can increase profits from selling more houses.
Too much stairs but like the concept
