Put your cleaned peppers and cauliflower into vinegar and they’ll keep a long time in fridge…..add to recipes or salad bowls. I use my vinegar several times and when I throw it out I pour it on weeds. Dry your dill and use it thru the winter in recipes. Sour cream or cream cheese and dill make good dips…..cream cheese with dill and small pieces of onion and celery make. Great Sammie spread
I absolutely love how often you include lentils into your meal preps. I use them alot more than regular beans I find, so it's nice to see new recipes for them.
I made fresh salad for 200 once and put my lettuce in large mesh bags and spun them in my washer. Answer and inspiration from prayer. Game Changer for large green preps
The young, leafy parts of beets are edible too, and delicious :) You can cook them similarly as collard greens, or spinach. These are great in soups (with dill and potatoes), or in stir fry (with tofu, spring onions, seasme and rice noodles), or in veggie quiche.
@@Chantymarie Oh that's why, thank you I didn't know that. Could you share in a video why it is worth to exclude oxalates? I seems like an intresting topic :)
I am for sure gonna try your lentil taco mix. I made some on my own for the first time last week, I just kind of winged it and while it was good it was a bit mushier than I'd like. The quinoa addition is so smart!
Thanks Chanty! What a Yummy Week ~ So Easy! & Such Creative Ways to Turn the same Prepped Ingredients into several different kinds of meals! We Appreciate You!!! :-) Oh! And a big "Yes, PLEASE" to any & all Homemade PICKLES!
I actually ordered the fruit and veggie wash. I love it. Congrats on the program completion!!! I went and bought some veggie containers and I love them. I've never seen paste in a tube--great idea because when I use it in a can I never use the whole can and have to transfer it to a container. The sushi bowl looks amazing. Yes, please show the video of the cost co venture and please share the pickling method you do.
I prepped tacos too for this week, though I did spiced pecan crumbles for the protein not lentils. I never thought to steam beets in the instapot with the skin on and everything
This is a very intriguing recipe. I’m especially happy it is so healthy. I am going to try to make this for my family! I think They will love it. Your clear presentation makes it look so easy. I appreciate you sharing with us. I also make TH-cam videos. I hope to be able to learn more from each other!
I always wonder what it's like for Colin when you record those videos. I'm obviously interested in this kind of content but is he like 'wth do people want to watch her wash (and store) produce?!' 😂
The society we live in. Use a bottle of who knows what to wash our produce. Think people think. You're worried about what pesticides are being sprayed on the produce but not concerned about the bottle of solution youre washing it with??? THINK!!!!!!!! smh
Chanty does the BEST meal preps! 🤗

I love that you included not only the food prep but the meals you did with it!

Yes great point! I don’t eat them cause they are high in oxalates though, I prefer to eat collards and kale that don’t have as high oxalates!

Love the lentil taco 🌮 recipe in the instant pot. Summer in California for me means, any way to not turn on the stove is always a win 👍

Pickle veggies recipe 😋
Hey where did you get your jars that you used for your breakfast bowls and oats??
How do you reheat them? Microwave? The ones that you freeze, do have to thaw them?
Yummy thank you.
Do you peel the beets prior to steaming? :) thanks! I love your videos!
no i just put them in whole and afterwards the peels come right off!
I just finished watching all of your meal prep videos. INSPIRED!!!! Where did you get those containers? Need to declutter my refrigerator 😁
thank you so much! I got most of the glass ones from the 99 cent store and ikea, the plastic bins are from tj maxx!
Nice! Thank you sister👍🏾
Thx for sharing! Do you know what size your square glass containers are?
I think they hold 2 cups!
Chanty what do you do with the beet greens? I love to saute them with other greens like kale and collards so yummy!
i dont like them so i just put them in my compost!
@@Chantymarie oh okay thanks for responding.
Haha--my kids say Eve did not eat an apple but kale.
Where do you buy the tortillas for taco? I’m always looking for ones without a ton of filler or oil.
They look similar to the ones I find at Trader Joe’s.
yes they are from trader joes!
Looks yummy.... where do you get you hemp hearts
It looks like a Kirkland bag (Costco).

could the instant pot recipes be used in a regular pot if you don't have one?
Yes!!!
I think that "taco filling" could be used for just about anything. Sandwiches, Salads, grain bowls, wraps, pasta ect...
Delicious
I actually prefer to wait until I'm ready to use my veggies to wash them. I've found they tend to get moldy
Great video ! What is the tastiest vegan shredded cheese? You have a great day !
i like the shredded mozzarella from trader joes!
Plisss show the recepies of the pickles
❤
Don't throw away your beet tops! Boil them up, strain, add butter, and s&p they are delicious and good for you!
Yum tp a;;;!! Include all the meal peps, of coures! )
Whats the point in buying organic if you are going to wash everything in unecessary chemicals?
What is your pickled radishes recipe plz
Your eyebrows are literally fucking perfect!

Washing veg in soapy looking water just looks so odd to me… I’m in the U.K. we mostly just wash with water
its fruit and veggie wash its made with all natural ingredients! work so well!
@@Chantymarie yeah I looked it up no nasties in there, I’m not even sure we get it over here
