Great video! Always appreciate how you do a haul and then show what to make with the haul. You mentioned that someone wanted fewer instant pot meals. I actually really enjoy your instant pot videos. There aren’t a ton of vegan instant pot channels, so it’s nice to have those videos. Thanks!
Love all your videos. And now I get to meet your mom! What a great addition to the show - she’s my kinda person and I agree with her love of your baked tofu. I had a supermarket delivery yesterday and noticed that almost all the veggies were quite limp. But I can’t get to the shops so I had to keep them. My solution is to trim 1/4” off the base and immerse in cold water overnight. In the morning everything is firm and just like freshly dug, because they’ve drunk enough water to revive them. Then I do the washing you always do, because I don’t want to eat the chemicals or the mud. I also notice how dirty the water is when things have been washed - I’m surprised that so many people eat veggies without washing! Anyway, hope you can pass on my tip about reviving broccoli, cauliflower, spring greens, radishes, cucumber, lettuce, bok Choi, spring onions, even carrots and parsnips, etc etc. it saves floppy veg from being wasted too. Great videos - I do like the way that you just arrive as you are with ordinary clothes on and not dressed like someone about to go on the catwalk! I don’t find those kind of videos real, but yours is real and easy to follow. Also, it’s quite good fun when your partner turns up in the back of the shot, or says something funny. I like that you leave those bits in. 😊 Thank you - keep up the good work. ❤ x
Love your videos, your organized food and meal preps and your recipes! Thank you for all the work you do to keep us Nutritarian people on track! And you're a wonderful daughter!
Yum yum! I know I say this nearly every meal prep video you post - but you inspire me! To be more thorough with washing my veg, preparing BAS and eating more beans! Thanks for your effort!
I love that you do Nutritarian recipes. I have been on the diet for 5 years and I love this way of eating because it's so delicious, especially with the nuts and seeds and tasty dressings. You should try out the dressing recipes in the Eat to Live Quick and Easy cookbook if you haven't already. They are all sooo good. I agree with you that some recipes need a tad bit of salt and I eat so healthy I don't fret about it. I can't wait to try the chipotle dressing!!
Your mom is such a cutie.😊. I’m ready to make the chili now that it’s getting cooler in the SW. It looks so good. Have a great week and thank you for sharing.
So many of your recipes have made their way into my regular rotation. I never get sick of seeing some of the same stuff - the tofu nuggets are one of my faves and I haven't made them in a while, but now I am inspired! I also remember making your tofu-based ranch dressing - that was a lot of fun. :)
Absolutely love your videos, it gives me great ideas on what to make. When cleaning your strawberries, you should add them to vinegar & baking soda. Wait til you see what comes outta the seed holes. You’ll never not wash your strawberries any other way!!
Another great video, thank you. Here's a tip for cutting the corn off the cob put a smallish Bowl upside down inside of a large bowl Hold the corn on the small bowl as you're cutting it off, that way all the loose corn falls into the Big Bowl.
Another excellent food prep video Chanty Marie and I never get bored of the recipes in your video's. There's recipes I make regularly because I enjoy them so much. Food prices especially of organic produce is ridiculous. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Chanty Marie and always good to see your mum in the video's.
Love you videos, I am an from New England, Massachusetts. Did I say I love your videos!! So you ever make dinner kind of sweet desserts or do you just eat fruit?
I completely get with the produce price in California. I just moved to Oregon from San Diego and the produce prices are double. I used to get the best deals on my fruits & veggie down there. $5.00 for organic lettuce here in Oregon vs the $1.69- $1.99 I used to pay in Cali.
Have you tried those things that cut the kernels off the cob? It's like the opposite of an apple corer. It works amazing and had changed the game for us. I'll never go back to using a knife for it. I think they are called cob curb stripper. They are great
Thank Marie for those videos. I read the book Eat to Live in january this year, it really makes lot of sense that this type of food is the way to go. I've tried this for 1 month and half (the hard way) and then, i've switched to 90/10. The thing is that, that's really hard to follow in a softer way (90/10), at least for me, i'am stucking at weight loss ! Your videos about meal preps and recipes are motivating me to start again Eat to Live the hard way, for me, when you have bad food habits and lot of weight to lose, is the only solution. I saw you do some coaching also, is it something you are continuing?
I’m wondering if you have problems with your BAS staying fresh with the “wet” veggies like tomatoes. I thought the moisture might cause the lettuce to spoil. That salad looks fantastic. I think I’m doing something similar this week.
I've reduced my sodium for health reasons. Have you tried Green Salt? It's made from sea vegetables and naturally has less sodium but you still get a briney salty flavor. I think it's made in California
Hi! I remember you posting on your stories recently that you started eating eggs again. Was it hard to start eating eggs again after being vegan for a while? I used to eat eggs as well but haven’t in a few years. I was wondering how the transition back would be if I were to try again!
No it wasn’t hard I actually was craving them and they sounded so good to me whenever I saw them 😟 but I felt bad/ guilty at first like I was doing something wrong!
That’s how I’ve been lately - craving them in a certain capacity like boiled! I may just go for it and see how my body reacts to it. I do sometimes feel like I’m lacking protein even though I eat a lot of beans, lentils, etc. Thank you ❤️! Love your videos!
Mention to your mom about dr mcdougalls the starch solution, it is similar to the nutritarian way of eating but less to no overt fats and no oils at all. She may really like that too. But it’s almost exactly the same as what you’re doing. Also mention the color picture book .. its like a red yellow green light book that shows you what to stop and limit. And what your main go tos will be. It’s awesome!! Also, I adore her she is so cute!! It’s awesome that she likes the tofu!!!! You can still eat with nice flavor while eating incredibly healthy! She can do it 🧡🧡 just make sure she EATS and doesn’t go hungry, that’ll lead to binging. 🧡🧡 great video! Thanks for sharing ^.^
I love your mom’s passion for the zing
😂😂 she’s very passionate
Awww your mom’s a gem 💎.
Omgosh I love your mom, she seems like such a fun warm and loving person!
she really is amazing!
I just hit like before I start watching because I know I'll enjoy it. x

Lol
Omg your mom is the cutest 😁😁😁
Ohhhh your mom looks GOOD!!! 💕
Love how you never let anything go to waste 😃 But would like to know what goes in your smoothies. Never heard of bok choy in a smoothie, very curious.
I love your mom so much! The northern accent makes me so happy
Great channel! Glad I came across it
What I eat in a Days/Week, grocery hauls, and holiday recipes!!
your mom is too much!! " covered in zing,"! Great video!!
Your mom is such a cutie.😊. I’m ready to make the chili now that it’s getting cooler in the SW. It looks so good. Have a great week and thank you for sharing.
Re cullting down on nuts in dressings. I've been using cooked white beans. Sub 3/4 of the nuts for beans. It works really well!
That’s a great idea I do that too a lot of times!
So many of your recipes have made their way into my regular rotation. I never get sick of seeing some of the same stuff - the tofu nuggets are one of my faves and I haven't made them in a while, but now I am inspired! I also remember making your tofu-based ranch dressing - that was a lot of fun. :)

Good morning happy Saturday morning and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you

Wow! Love mama in the vids
This was a great video!! Tofu looks yummy and I loved your mom!!
Your mom is the cutest! I haven't made my tofu with just dry ingredients. Can't wait to try it, thanks!
Another great video, thank you. Here's a tip for cutting the corn off the cob put a smallish Bowl upside down inside of a large bowl
Hold the corn on the small bowl as you're cutting it off, that way all the loose corn falls into the Big Bowl.
So smart!
Hi Chanty, i enjoy all your videos, they're awesome. More instant pot is ok. Your mom is so sweet!!!

Not sure why I never put corn on the cob in my instant pot. Thanks for the tip. Also your mom is awesome! Zing!
Genius tofu breading! Can't wait to try it. 😋
Cauliflower works great in dressings too
Love you videos, I am an from New England, Massachusetts. Did I say I love your videos!! So you ever make dinner kind of sweet desserts or do you just eat fruit?
Mom is trooper!! I love all your videos 💜🧡💛
That chili looks amazing I’m definitely going to make that!!
Ah! Your mum is so cute 🥰 Thanks for more fab recipes 🌱💚
Where did you get the stainless steel bowl for the instant pot?
Hi, If you store the tomatoes and rest of the salad separately, the salad will store for longer. It's because of the moisture in the tomatoes.
Loved this video. Really enjoyed your mom too. ❤️

Yay a new video from my favorite you tuber!! ❤

You gotta try air fryer corn on the cob!
😮😮😮😮 how do you make it?
@@Chantymarie just throw it in seasoned for about 15 mins. It’s magical
I've reduced my sodium for health reasons. Have you tried Green Salt? It's made from sea vegetables and naturally has less sodium but you still get a briney salty flavor. I think it's made in California
I’ve seen that and I want to try it!
She's very cool I was curious on average how long some of this stuff takes, (on average).. ? thank you
This was a longer one so around 4 hours total! But when I’m just doing it by myself and not filming maybe 1-2 hours from start to finish
Hi, did you use firm tofu????
Yes 😊
I’m making your chili recipe tonight 🌶️
So fun. No thoti outfit 🤷 still loved it. Bopilina, you are super fine 💗
Do you have this chili recipe anywhere? Searched on the site as well.

Do you use Trader Joe’s fruit and veggie wash?
Yea!!!!
Your mom is sweet
where did you go? hope your not mad I commented on some videos. holidays are over.
What are you washing your produce in? It looks like soap.
It’s fruit and veggie wash from Trader Joe’s! Very natural ingredients
I will miss your Mom 😢
Me too 😢😢😢😢😢😢
Tofu looks bomb
wait, so you dont dry the Tofu at all, and your using dish soap, to clean the vegetables?
It’s fruit and veggie wash!
She did press the water out
An Italian woman never lies about her food. I’m assuming she’s Italian
