Found it extremely firm , also super king dips at both sides so you have a little hill in the middle, 😅

Could you tell me when you press down on the mattress and release do you get like a sticky noise? or is this just a fault on mine? every time I move or roll over it makes a noise like sellotape being pulled off (inside the mattress)...i think its where the material on the pocket springs connects to the foam layers. if this is engineered this way its absolutely awful!

@@ilovehotels5001 I side on my sleep and it was terrible for me. Very firm and any softness in it has a springiness too it

I asked them how thick the memory foam layer was and they said they didn't know. Their own product and they didn't even know. Unbelievable.
Looking at this video, it looks like the memory foam is only about the thickness of a finger. So 2cm thick. No wonder they didn't want to tell me. Went for Rem-Fit 400 in the end as it was about the same price but the memory foam on that was 5cm thick.

@@dtz1000 it’s about an inch, maybe a touch smaller. They initially told me I had to uncomfortable for 6 weeks before they would send me the topper but managed to get them to send me one straight away. It’s crap and doesn’t make much difference. They are now making the return of the mattress as awkward as possible! It’s all smiles until you don’t like their product!
