- Wheat flour Rusk is simple, healthy, 1 month storable, No Maida, No Egg added, No long time kneading required, Tea/coffee time crunchy roasted biscuits. Only less butter, Few ingredients.

Wheat flour - 1 & 3/4 cup
Milk powder - 1/4 cup
Milk -1 cup
Instant dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1/5 cup
Oil - 1/5 cup
Butter - 3 tbsp

Yes you can make it in pressure cooker, 1.Pre-heat pressure cooker for 10 min, Bake bread- 25 min, medium flame. Then Let it cool, Slice, Then bake it medium flame, 15 min, Flip over then bake for 15 min, medium flame
