Since both of you have experience in local government & state assemblies, you can create modules on various topics in human rights, basic law, constitutions and etc. The aim is to educate a layman ( Malaysian Indians)about their rights, responsibilities and opportunities in Malaysia. A rough calculation, for e.g. 5 modules X RM50/per student X 100 students = RM25000
