Thank you. This instrument was a lucky find at a second hand store. It was made from Music Maker's hognosed psaltery kit: www.harpkit.com/hognose-psaltery-kit. It sounds nice when it is not falling apart! It was not constructed well, unfortunately. But when it does stay in tune and is not falling apart, it sounds lovely. I put slightly heavier strings on this psaltery and tuned it from G to G (two octaves). This is exactly like my small psalteries only an octave lower. It is a very easy transition from one to the other! :)
