I have returned after a few days to comment again. I was born in Spain. I know very little English. That is why I am trying very hard to understand Master Shi Hen Yi. Because his words resonate with the lovely heart that resides in us. And I'm handwriting his words from this video. Now that I reread what I have written while his voice sounds, I can't help but cry a lot, but with emotion, because his teachings are helping me more than I imagined. But also, like he teaches, I look for the root of that trigger that makes me cry with emotion . Thank you very much Mulligan Brothers, because thanks to you, I found Shaolin Temple Europe. Peace ✌️. I lost my job march 2022. I was to be married on November 2022, and i just adopted a new rescue puppy with my girlfriend…
At first, i thought everything would be okay, afterall… i have more than 8 years of experience as a lawyer and researcher, and a masters degree…
Long story short, i lost all of my savings on my wedding, my wife rose to the occasion, and helped me with expenses a lot… and i still, to this day, am unemployed.
This videos have helped me not end my existence. But not only that, but helped me realize that, i am not just a lawyer… I’m a bodybuilder, a certified personal trainer, an english teacher, and a literature fanatic.
We are much, much more than just our failures or titles. We are bigger, stronger, braver.
This is now long and maybe no one will read this, but… if you do… trust the process. Keep pushing, and working, and grinding. If you keep your head high, and your feet moving, you’ll get where you need to be. Where you deserve to be. Believe in yourself, for I believe in you.

the word knowledge in the West implies a rational pursuit, an acquired piece of knowhow in the material world. In my opinion it conjures up attaining more information, whereas I understand this video as acquiring a realisation instead. A shedding of the scales in the eyes that obscures true reality. once seen never forgotten, one´s life then becomes the unending quest for more of it.

We either endure the pain of change, or the pain of regret. The pain of regret is far worse than the pain of change. We only have this one chance at life. So let's take the good from all the lessons we've learnt so far in life and leave the rest behind us. We deserve better & more than our current predicament!

Yes, wisdom learned through my own experiences. The forerunners pave the way for others to walk. However, the decision to go down this path is up to each individual. It's the loneliest path. One can easily get lost in the labyrinth of thoughts. A path of psychological, physical and emotional stress and HOW this illusion can be overcome. Everyone has their own packet to solve.
