Hey. I was wondering, on panasonic's website, they have one click bundles to update drives. When I got my CF-19 I had to use the Windows 10 One Click Bundle to add the drives. I have looked at the CF-C1 One Click Bundle, but they don't have one for Windows 10 on CF-C1 MK1 or MK2. How do you guys update the drives for the CF-C1 MK2's on Windows 10? Thanks
I dont believe that there are windows 10 drivers for the CF-C1. You might have to use vista drivers.
How hard or easy is it to add an additional RAM in it (I assume it has two slots for each 4 or 8 GB ram and hopefully it can be updated to 16GB.
Am I right on this?
Then is swapping HD to a SSD drive of larger capacity any difficult? and if you know, what is the highest size HD it can operate?

You can watch this video on how to upgrade your memory in this CF-C1 th-cam.com/video/NLYgPSS18mI/w-d-xo.html Swapping the hard drive is very easy. Just remove the drive from it caddy and install the SSD of your choice.

So for a 4GB ram unit, as long as it is only one stick on the lower port, it's a piece of cake and EZ. But hope mine is not 2x2gb.

I have this laptop which i've been using for the past 4 years. I bought it with a BIOS password and i've never been able to remove it. Please any ideas?
Unfortunately there is no way to remove the password.
Is the power supply in this, same as CF-C2 or CF-52?

Depending on your actual config. It is a PCMCIA Type 1

@@bcm20003 your welcome. The CF-C1 that I took a look at just had the one Type 1 slot. Other versions may be different.
@@Bobjohnson The reason I'm asking is I believe the computers usb is a 1, because the program I'm running doesn't connect as it should. I hoping to add a 3.0 pcm card for the fix. Any suggestions?
@@bcm20003 Well its been a while since I have taken a look at the systemboard configuration but I believe that the USB port is built onto the motherboard. So replacing the port is not an option. The PCMICA port is a 16 bit port which will not work for you as well. Not much choice here. You might have to upgrade to a newer laptop. The least expensive option that I have is the Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 MK3 unit. Sorry, we do not carry any CF-C1s anymore. They are harder to come buy and getting replacement parts can be difficult. Thanks for watching.
How do I remove password from panasonic cf-c1
If you are referring to a BIOs password. There is no easy way to do that. You would need to send the unit back to panasonic for removal.
