if you're wanting to get into horror I highly recommend checking out T. Kingfisher, she's one of my favorite authors. She does other genres too but I started with her horror stuff and she has this way of inserting humor into her books that's really interesting and quirky

Yes I listened to Viola Davis memoir last year and I loved it esp the audiobook version the best ones are the ones read by the actual person!
