Not at all, that buzzing sound is perfectly normal, it is coming from the fan, at high power settings, the rotational speed of N1 (low pressure spool, which the fan is a part of) is high enough that the fan blade tips are breaking the sound barrier, the buzzing comes from the subsequent shockwaves.
