    The much neglected calf has many roles to play;

    The calf carries a lot of tension. It’s a gateway for so much movement. Wearing heels also shorten the calf muscle and makes your Achilles thicken to cope with the elevation.
    This doesn’t just apply to high heels! Think about the height of some equestrian boot heels or sitting in heel at a desk for hours on end.
    Your go to exercise for this would probably be a calf stretch. In the course, I give you a more three-dimensional framework, targeting more of the calf and the surrounding areas and not just stretching, strengthening and restoring the balance.
    In time, your improved movement will stretch, strengthen, and mobilising areas as you move through your day.
