Good question, With a single VPS hosting plan on Hostinger, you cannot have multiple server locations for different applications. The entire VPS plan is hosted in one region/data center, and all applications within that plan will share the same IP address and location. Hostinger's VPS server locations include France, Lithuania, the Netherlands, India, the USA, and Brazil.
@@riccardopasi2771 just search the “Open VPN connect” app on the play store and download it, the same way I set up for iOS on this video is how you do it on android. Note: there are a few apps on google store with the same name, make sure to download the one that says “Open VPN connect” by Open VPN

Oh I missed you last question, I'll favour VPS over RDP anytime, a VPS give you all the benefits and is easier to manage in my experience
