I figured it out in case anyone is still needing help. Go to selling. check the box next to the item you sold. Look at the top . At the top you will see a category called shipping. Click the arrow drop down. Choose mark as already shipped. It will confirm and now you no longer have to be stuck with eBay wanting you to purchase a level. My apologies if anyone has already figured it out. I like to share new info : )
so there is no download option to list? once someone buys I have to message and give buyer the download link? what about the need to put a tracking number?

Also, I chose free shipping as well but eBay still wants me to pay for a shipping label
weird bcs I don't see this list as "digital products" option in my account.
hi, do customers pay the shipping cost or is it free? is their an option to make the shipping cost free? (for digital products)

@ Andy This video did not expalin how to get past eBay forcing us to chose a shipping company . You advised to skip theeshipping at 9:04 mark. When you do this you can't skip it. eBay won;t give you the option to click already shipped. even though already chose email in the delivery type in the description
