A science based approach to learning anything

How to become good at anything. For decades, scientists have debated the role of genetics and expertise. There was a prevailing view that either you're born with talent or you're not. I present an alternative view point. In this video I summarise the findings of the late Anders Ericsson, professor at Florida State University, who had dedicated this entire academic career to studying exceptional people. Even if you're not looking to become an expert, applying these insights in your life, will at a minimum, save you countless hours when learning something new.
