Honda VF1000R onboard

I had a 1985 VF1000R...best bike I have ridden around Phillip Island racetrack...Only bike I got my knee down on the track...Went from a 1988 VFR750FJ to VF1000R, then another '88 VFR750FJ and on to a 2006 VFR800FI (currently under restoration after hitting 5 kangaroos on it)

My friend had the VF700, with Vance and Hines pipes. Sounded like a beast and rode like one. These bikes are awesome never ever had problems with the cams as people stated about those years. Anyways cool vid , thanks for posting!

I have a red/ black B reg VF1000 FE in very nice condition, its been in our family since 1988, engine has no rattles, pulls like a train, its been handed down from my dad to me, i love riding it, a proper bike

Hi Kevin, great video. I am seriously looking at buying one of these bikes and for your video I'm guessing you are not too far away from me somewhere in Mid HANTS, How do you find living with the bike as I found it easy to sit on. Also how is it living with the bike?
