4:00 - Avoiding tailgating vehicles IS an excellent rule to follow, as well as continued practice with braking. However, bikes are lighter with similar braking technology to cars. Bikes will almost always come to a stop faster and at shorter distances than cars. This is one reason why it's so dangerous for vehicles to tailgate bikes. 1) Bikes brake and stop faster; 2) Bikes are more agile and, in some scenarios, able to avoid rear-ending a vehicle if the vehicle stops suddenly. 11:50 - While the camera shows the rider without gloves. But hey, at least you mentioned you're not wearing gloves. 😉🤣🤣🤣 Find comfortable gloves. The old adage does apply - "Dress for the slide, not for the ride." Solid video and great audio!!! Thanks I’m glad you enjoyed video and that’s old saying is definitely true when I was younger we used to ride dirt bikes and gear has saved me big time on dirt. I’m hoping that in the future I can find some gear that I can recommend but so far my helmet has been the only piece of gear I have actually been happy with and thanks for the helpful comment.
