Absolutely true. Noida, Greater Noida are way way ahead of Gurgaon in terms of infrastructure, greenery, proximity to Delhi, educational institutions, comparative affordability. Post 2004 Supreme Court ceiling orders, Corporate relocation was forced with active nexus of DLF, Vadras and Hooda led Haryana government, whilst, then Mayawati, Akhilesh government didn't make any efforts to attract Corporates as s result of which Noida, Greater Noida lagged behind Gurgaon as a result of which, Real Estate market, commercial, residential both got the hit coupled with political, authority, and fly by night operators builder without any credentials. Now, with Change of state, central government, improved law and order, cleansing of real estate segment, transparent policy framework, , flagship projects like Jewar Airport, logistics hubs, will catalyse the development turning the region into a preferred destination for all in the times to come..

Roads infrastructure se zada wahan ke log us shahar banate hain. Still Gurgaon is not behind in infrastructure as well. In the next five years mein jo developments Gurgaon mein hongi will be world class. Jaise ek company apne best product ko aage apne investors jo pitch karti hai aise hi centre government Gurgaon ko pitch karti hai foreign investors ko. CENTRE GOVERNMENT ka poora focus aaj ke time Gurgaon par hai. Ise abhi ye idea bhi hai ki IGI Delhi airport abhi apne 60% capacity par hi chal raha hai. Aane wale time mein use aur khola jayega. 1. Gurgaon has higher per capita viz-a-viz Noida.
    2. Supply of housing is short. In Noida & greater noida there is oversupply.
    3. Working population with over 30k are still much more in Gurgaon as compared to Noida. Am not sure how much the quota factor will impact Gurgaon.
    4. Crime wise I would say both are equal.

Well during 1990 the gdp of Beijing and Delhi were same, per capita of Delhi was more, but China invested in great infrastructure for Beijing and India stayed with old but modifying infrastructure with Delhi, Beijing got oversupply of houses and lots of societies and buildings .. complete infrastructure change and lots of roads and high buildings.. after 30 years Beijing GDP is 6 times that of Delhi. wait till 2042 and you will see Noida 3 times that of Gurgoan.. as Gurgoan never invested in drainage system or security or garbage system. They just allotted lands to big builders and they build it, but noida Authority made a plan, they made the drainage system, the roads the infrastructure,.. that delayed quick development in noida but will get them fruits in next 2 decades...

Now for Gurgoan it's managed by private builders and they have some project called Gurgoan Global city and dwarka expressway covering around 20 sq km both.. well nodia has noida extension ready i.e around 250 sq km.. then noida is well planed at 244 sq km and greater noida at 270 sq km planned and now yeida at around 400 sq km and new nodia at around 200 sq km.. it's like around 900 sq km well planned already implemented and another 600 sq km upcoming.. also menisar will develop in future to add 400 sq km developed area.. otherwise gurgoan 80% and faridabad 80% is unplanned and expanded with demand.. this 80% will become hard to manage in future compared to noida..

Noida still has some pending issues related to the registry of flats and land (thanks to Maya and Mulayam and Akhilesh). Crime is down but it needs to get better. If Noida can sort this out, it is going to boom like anything.
Corporates built Gurgaon coz there was no other option but the same corporate will not even take a week's time to wrap up the shop and go to Noida in a jiffy.

State government and centre govt. both are focused in developing Gurugram to international level, and the same is what a corporates, investors, FDI, developers and ofcourse ordinary people look forward to.

@@neerajsaini635 Yes, as I mentioned earlier, Gurgaon does have an edge at the moment but that edge can go up in smoke very quickly IF the UP government shifts their focus on sorting out the issues that I mentioned coz Noida already has the edge of better infrastructure.
If the rest of the issues are fixed, then these corporates will not even take a week to shift their shops...I have been working in a corporate environment for almost 20 years now so I'm saying this from experience.
Also remember, UP is politically very important as well for both state and center government, rest you are smart enough.
I am not saying Gurgaon is going to become irrelevant anytime soon but if UP and Central governments focus a bit more on the issues in Noida, then it is just a matter of time.

Excellent and informative commentary. With a new international airport, new roads, and best state administration in India, Greater Noida has great and bright future. Mr. Modi has changed India and more importantly the mentality of Indians. They are confident of 11:25 themselves and proud of their culture. I hope they will also become supportive of each other and learn their true history. India is unique that despite a 1000 years of foreign rule, it’s Hindu religion and ancient culture has not only survived, it has defeated the foreign culture.

Sbse phle to yhi kahunga chahunga ki nashe krke video nhi bnani chahiye or second agr kisi bhi city ka comparison kare to literacy, gdp, GDP growth rate, per capita income, employees growth rate ,HDI value , crime rate , infrastructure inke sbke upr kiya jata hai or tune sirf crime and infrastructure ko chhodkar kisi m comparison nhi kiya kuki gurgaon un sbme better hai or rhi bat infrastructure and crime ki to vo m point to point explain krta hu facts k sath
    1. crime - Noida crime rate is higher then gurgaon and uttar pardesh crime rate is higher then haryana u can also check at Google for confirmation
2 infrastructure ( water and electricity) - water problem dono city m h par gurgaon m Noida s kam hai iska simple sa example abhi Noida DDRWA k chairman n up k cm ko letter likha hai ki Noida k mostly sector ka pani salty ho chuka hai or hme canal ka water provite kraye jbki gurgaon m itni water problem nhi h or iske liye haryana govt gurgaon water supply channel canal ko 1000 cusec ka kar rhi h jo under construction hai taki in future koi pani ki prblm na ho Noida m logo ganje ho rhe h last 2 saal s itna bura hall h
Electricity -At present Noida m electricity 24 hours ati h or gurgaon m 23 hours par agr electricity rate ki bat kare to haryana m per unit charge 2.5 ruppes hai or Noida m 5.5 rupes hai or baki haryana govt gurgaon and panchkula ko inverter free city bnane k liye project under construction h jo 2-3 month m complete ho jyga phir gurgaon m bhi koi prblm nhi hogi
    3. project- jis wdfc ki bat tum kar rhe ho vo dadri (Noida) k bad Haryana m hi enter krta hai or phir Palwal gurgaon rewari hoke hi ja rha h iske alawa delhi mumbai expressway , Dwarka expressway , sohna elivated highway, global city , y project under construction hai or jewar airport Noida s 60 km hai or igi airport 32 km hai jb 32 km vale airport s hi fayda nhi ho rha to phir 60 vale s kese ho jyga y smj nhi aa rha or gurgaon ko airport ki need bhi nhi h kuki igi airport bilkul pass m h
4 . Government policies - iske liye jyda kuch khane ki jarurat nhi h abhi 2022 m india m sabhi states ki eas of doing business rank release ki h vo padh lena haryana top acheiver m aya hai or 4 th no par hai andhar pardesh Karnataka or Gujarat k bad jbki uttarpradesh achiever m aya hai or rank 12 th par ab khud dekh le kis state ki govt policy better hai
5 - jo tu y 75% reservation bill ki khani suna rha h phle isko dang s padh agr company ko skill Banda milta h to le nhi to na le or iske upr abhi court m case bhi chal rha h or y bill jo phle job kar rhe h unke upr lagu nhi hoga or jo bhi new company lgaegi 2 saal tak unke upr lagu nhi hoga tab tak vo company full kar lenge baki iske alawa jiski salary 30 thousand s jyda hai unke upr bhi lagu nhi hoga and agr company ko skill Banda nhi milta h to vo kisi or bande ko bhi select kar skti hai jaruri nhi h ki unhe haryana ka hi Banda lena hai ajj tak sirf 1057 bachoo n registration kraya hai us portal par kuki haryana m 10 thousand ki naukari krne vale koi nhi h sbko government job chahiye isly y sirf ek bakwaas hai state k logo s vote k liye or baki is s phle andhar pardesh isko lagu kar chuka hai or vo eas of doing business rank m no 1 par hai
6 - Noida m to mostly residential project hai phir bhi vha population increase nhi ho rhi jbki gurgaon m continue ho rhi h
7- delhi m jo tu pollution ki bat kar rha tha to delhi Noida or gurgaon teeno m equal pollution level rhta hai and Delhi m ajj bhi 1 lakh acre s jyda area m agriculture hoti hai mostly najafgarh side isly y mat bol ki delhi m to jagah hi nhi h
Last and final y apne propaganda k liye public ko pgl mat bna kuki tere channel par mostly video propaganda vali hi h

Gadde nahi, swimming pool hai roads pe, hours of traffic jam just to travel 10 kms. People sleep, watch a movie, fight, argue, do online zoom meeting, online classes, zumba, pooja, party, washroom, fitness everything while sitting in the car or in traffic jams. So one flyover near Basai Chowk is still under construction since time of Rishi Munis, and still under construction. The builder child also wants to become Civil Engineer and one day he asked his father, Papa ye bridge kab banega- And his dad replied, beta ye sab andvishwas hai, inpe yakeen nahi karte.
Just one rain, and roads are so flooded with water. Infact people have started swimming practice on the roads. We can definitely see many MICHAEL PHELPS from India in the next Olympics. Awesome city and Awesome development. I love Gurugram🤞

It will be better to have numbers from verified sources to support what you say. Else it's all a monologue and personal opinion, not an analysis

I agree he is just saying words. Gurgaon already third highest revenue generating city in India and population is exploding, NOIDA is like eternal dream lacks basic infrastructure and law & order

As someone who has lived in all these 3 cities.....it's mainly a contest bet ween Noida/G.Noida vs Gurgaon...they both have left Delhi and most cities of India good deal behind......I will share my personal pros/cons that I observed as common citizen:-
    Noida/G.Noida
    Pros:-
    More greenery,less dust than Gurgaon
    better public transport
    more safety
    better water supply
No big problematic population like Mewatis who do crimes in Gurgaon.
    Cons:-
-No Nightlife, everything closes after 10pm(now I know many viewers of this channel r hardcore traditionalists &will cry "EVERYCITY SHALL DO THIS"...but it's short-sighted..name me one big global city that closes at night..literally a 3rd of IT companies operate at night,we need to grow our mindset here,Nights become safer once more ppl come out at night like day...this is a very big advantage Gurgaon has over Noida).
-Increasing BANGLADESHI POPULATION...this is the biggest danger in long term....every society is filled with maids who r 'M' frm Malda(bengal)...thats where bangladeshis get their fake documents created..it must be paid attention to...they already have destroyed several parts of Delhi.
-Extreme difficulty for working bachelors to get flats on rent...which is why many prefer Gurgaon
    - 'family waale' locals being extremely discrminatory and always messing to bachelors........ this was one of main reasons why bangalore overtook Chennai in becoming India's IT capital.
I know the 'cons' that i mentioned many trads will come and shout at me saying "THIS IS NECESSARY!"...but really name me one city that has developed as global city with these cons. You just cant make a big global city with rules forcing skilled youth out of it no matter how much u pump into infrastructure.
This is also why IT companies left Varanasi despite personal push frm PM Modi...as many young ppl simply didnt want to wrk there.

@@neerajsaini635 yea....Noida has a reputation of being unsafe but really7 it's among safest indian cities at ny.....Telling frm personal exp.
much safer than Gurgao,Ghaziabad and evn southern cities like Trivendram, kochi.
New Delhi,Noida r safest at nyt frm my persnjal exp...just crimes that happen there gets highlighted a lot.

Noida and Greater Noida always preferred locations. Gurugram is still a village only with mnc and corporate offices set up there. But the infrastructure in gurugram not good. Local transport is horrible in gurugram and do are the civic amenities and law and order situation is bad as well
