Fantastic! A word of warning though: I followed the parts list above, buying the parts that were asterisked at their respective shipyards and returning to my outpost landing pad for the final build. I learned then that the Battle Station 2x2 was not in fact available at the pad. I had to use 2 2x1 habs temporarily until I could return to Deimos and swap it out. No biggie. Beautiful job.
@@chrislivesey9546 I also had to wait and raise till level 60 to have all the parts needed. But just as a small note, this ship has only room for one more piece so I removed 2 of them to install the 2 items from the Crimson Fleet final mission.
Just got everything together 900000 + credit level 67 level 4 piloting. Level 4 starship design. I even bought a level in auto wep systs. Thanks. I really liked the used car salesmen pitch you do in the beginning. I am sold. Can't wait to start. No more running away with my monstrosity of a cargo hauler.

Hey! I just finished building this ship thanks to your ability to teach and explain. It’s my very first build and it came out exactly as the one you made, no extra pieces laying around Lol! I went with my own weapons though . I prefer doing the shooting . I did keep the weapons in the back . There is no need for any other ships with this behemoth at your fingertips. I have an Xbox series X . No problems making on the console. I’m super satisfied with the outcome. Thanks for the guide . Keep up the great work.👍.
How do you manage the 9 slots? We can’t even keep the ships we do get because there’s so many more to get, modify, and use. Did you get rid of the razor leaf and star eagle, Kepler R/S? Im just curious how other people juggle there ship space with Xbox. Computer users get 50-100 slots?

personally never been a huge fan of just "copying" someone else's designs... but after finding your builds, a lot of your design elements really work for me. just finished making this ship (yay now i'm broke~ lol). guess i'll have to start capturing more pirate ships for fun and profit again xD

Level 50 here and I had not even build one ship before finally realizes I should problem give it a try. In all honestly it just seemed like such an overwhelming endeavour that I never bothered. You're tutorial are absolutely amazing though and made the process actually enjoying so thank you for taking the time to create it!
Thank for this detailed build guide. One of the easiest to follow. Most people just build the ship and warn you that certain parts will need to be bought at other places. They don’t actually build a Frankenstein ship and fly around as they buy. I love it. I didn’t blend a couple part so I could put a couple more 2x1’s so I could have an armory and captains quarters. Added a 1x1 companion just so it turns back into a (3x1).
I did this build week agos, which was literally my first ship build ever, and it's literally my favorite ship as well as my favorite build I've yet to see. Also, you're my favorite guide. I've yet to see anyone go into detail like you, I was browsing for weeks to find someone that does it like you. So, with saying that, I'm looking at my next build, which would be the Normandy. Yeah, there are some builds and different versions of the normandy out there, but I've been curious how accurate your version would be. Details matter for folks like us. 😅 Thanks for what you do and bringing in the humor during your builds.

I got a shield rating of only 2500 for some reason. Made sure it was the correct shield generator but it is still twice as much as my other build. Thanks again, the ship is truly amazing
I watched about half the original live build. Was entertaining. Anyway, I love the exterior of the new ship, along with the additional cargo. But I’m not sure I want to give up the ladder-less interior of the last one. I love that so much.
Looks like a beast. Very nice guide, too many habs for my liking but an amazing template to start with. My crew doesn't get the luxury of that much living space. Definitely inspired to use that bridge.
Couldn’t glitch the parts in at the end and had to change the front forks up a tad due to my Xbox series X saying “ modules not connected” but I made it work loooks beautiful, you did well showing how to build it thank you kindly and happy new year and merry Christmas!
I built this back in February and started a few ng+'s since. I had to go through a long list of history of videos watched to get back to this. I'll be making this again probably in ng+ 10. The only downside of this ship which can easily be changed is the auto turrets. I wanted to work on getting my skills up but that was after I went into NG+. Again nothing serious since weapons can be easily changed. Amazing ship build. Thank you again. I'll be back to build this again.
Another great one, I’ve built your previous 2 ships and this one soon. Only thing I changed in all of them are the weapons, best by far are the Obliterators (you can have x6), 4x PB 175 Auto Helios beams and a couple EM for boarding
Exactly what I use and it's devastating. 6 auto obliterators, 4 175 auto helion beams, and 4 fulminator EM weapons. Can take down any ship and board if desired.
So i started NG+ and endedup losing all of my stuff of course including two of your previous ships that I've build. Now im saving up deciding whether to build this or the the previous one again... Love your builds, keep up the good content bru.
I made out pretty cheap retrofitting it from a Va'ruun Revelation II. Already came with a J-51 and a 7Z as well as a small chunk of the parts list. Just a bit of leveling to get the upgrades to match and you're golden.
Awesome job! The color blind folks like me (Green/red) appreciate the color sliders at the end! I cranked this out for 319,022 credits, but started with a jacked Silent Runner... I tweaked my Mobility up to 83 (I know not a lot, but still) by removing one fuel tank (a jump from the far left to the far right uses 300 fuel with my perks), and swapping the shield to the 28T Defender which is only 100 less max health, but regens at 7%, but weighs 70 mass less...

I went through and built it although I couldn't get some of the same parts due to not having access to the quest that awards them, I'll try get them on the next playthrough. Even substituting it's still a great ship. I named mine Kikimora (from eve online) reminded me of it :)
I tired this 3 times but I always get 6 errors ship can’t fly too heavy after I go to the red mile. I wish you would have shown how you added everything at the red mile cuz I have no idea I just get too heavy.
Love building your ship designs and really enjoyed doing this one as well. The one modification that I did was to omit the Hopetech Thruster and in its place I used a Nova Weapon Mount and mounted all four of the PB-175 Helion Beams to it.
I love watching your ship videos.. but to be honest, once I get to starship design 4 and piloting 4 I just take the Mantis and/or the Star Eagle and give them a Class C reactor and J51 or J52 grav drive. Add all the habs I need (4 Passengers, 8 Crew, Workstation and Science), take them to about 10,000 cargo and slap on 6 of SAL-6830 Engines. Then just add in enough of whatever they already use as beautify parts to hide the ugly 😊 Always use a very similar weapons load out.. 6 Vanguard Obliterator Autoprojectors and some kind of EM (usually 2 Tatsu 501EM Suppressors) facing forward and 3 Obliterator 250MeV Alpha Turrets facing rear. I never use Turrets in the front as they always kill things before I can board them 😊 For shields, I like to use the Warden SG-400 and its 7% Regen rate (only 1125 health) .. or the Vanguard Bulwark Shield with 1450 health and 6% Regen rate. This keeps each of the ship 'looking like' and in the character of the original ship and it gives me a 85 to 100 mobility ship that always fights the same way, carries the same amount of crew and has similar cargo capcity. As I get more cash I'll upgrade the other ship the same way as well. After a few unnique builds of my own and trying designs like yours I just now use the 2 in-game ships for roleplaying reasons. I still loving looking at your designs and these videos though.
Yeah I like to start from captured C ship, just in the case some of his parts will ready to buy for cheap if I need them in build process, also they are available directly in place I going to build my ship. Of course I deleted everything to start from zero but those parts are in vendor room for almost free if I need them.
Dude this is honestly like this is impressive af hs deff gonna do when i have the time or on my next ng instead of buying the narwhal and beasting and rebuilding it wich it never has lost a battle op af but this is so much more work but so much more satisfying and i hate having to walk to the back of the narwhal to enter i love front or side entrances bc the ship almost always points the same way landing
Love your ships. May I ask who you usually crew your ships for maximal gain? Might be nice (RP wise) to mention who you need to crew for each of your designs for maximal benefit.
when you place the engine bvehind the radiators in the middle instead of adding engines if you COPY the lower middle rear engine at the right asngle it will snap ontop of and into the lower engine that is allready in place and so wont stick up. and will look just like a bigger version of the engines on the outer opf the ship.
the mass seems well balanced for a larger ship, my fav ship so far is pretty small 25m x 23m with the cockpit placed at the center point, i have no idea if it effects the physics in motion but i never take my big ships anywhere now or ever used 'habs' i'm fine with a crew of 3
I may have missed it if you said it during the video, I built it and it's awesome however I was not aware of how many credits I'd need and had maybe half of the total and had to grind for a while to complete it.

as much as I like the design this is way too complicated for me to recreate, took me two hours nearly to leave the red mile with all the pieces. Once again I say it, shame there is no export/import of ships possible. Next time I might just buy the exclusive pieces and set up a quick outpost for like 10 or 15k and try to build this beast there. Gonna try it tomorrow to get further in the recreation process lol :) but again, nice design. update: after another 3 hours I finally made this beast, bloody hell what a ship, what a build. Awesome work there.
For the record, you do not need to visit any special vendor for “Structural Parts” just use the outpost ship builder, it carries 100% of every manufacturers structural parts. Only use vendors for Specialty….Cockpits, Habs, Engines and weapons and landing gear.
Yep that's why some of the parts have a * on them they are the only parts you cant buy at your outpost for people who have outposts. Not everyone has or wants to build outposts for one reason or another. So this makes it available to everyone.
after buying list in red mile you didnt explain how to asemble all part together and goes to other list , there is so many part how should i configure what you done ??
I LOVE the Scythe! My favourite ship. But i don't use glichting for the 4 cooler-endings. I just let 'em away. Starfield ist very buggy at glitched models and objects and tends to ctd's after using glitches.
After removing merged parts Bethesda restored flip merges as an option in the menu(so you'll have to manually enable the option). Drop/stack merging was left out though. For that method you'd have to install a mod to enable. The good news there is that Bethesda recently let mod authors apply to have their mods work with achievements. So the popular mods will likely work with them.

Not bad but too many ladders for my liking. I ended up adding more storage to your Ziggara 2 (14352 with companions/skills + 320 Shielded). Yes it dropped down to 71 maneuverability however it is still fine to fly and battle with
It's a fine ship that has everything but a "bounty self-service terminal" (probably need to wait for a mod for that one). And extra kudos for including a starting ship as well as a shopping list with locations! HOWEVER: Those engines (the 6830s)? Those don't become available until you finish Walter's Constellation questline, and do so diplomatically. So for folks who are maybe trying to build this in New Game+ or simply haven't done that yet, you're going to have to get something less powerful. The best I could find was the 6220 and the maneuverability is... Not great.
Doing the Walter Stroud quest does Not have to be done diplomatically, in order to earn those best in-game engines. That is misinformation - you can kill everyone, including the top guy at the end, and still be awarded use of the engines! You must just complete the quest. There is a video on TH-cam that shows this to be true.

Great videos. After hours of trying to get the pieces to fit to go from one place to the next, I gave up. Errors all the time that I can never fix.

Love building your ship designs and really enjoyed doing this one as well. The one modification that I did was to omit the Hopetech Thruster and in its place I used a Nova Weapon Mount and mounted all four of the PB-175 Helion Beams to it.
Add a video that shows how you put all the parts together before you jump to the next port

I love watching your ship videos.. but to be honest, once I get to starship design 4 and piloting 4 I just take the Mantis and/or the Star Eagle and give them a Class C reactor and J51 or J52 grav drive. Add all the habs I need (4 Passengers, 8 Crew, Workstation and Science), take them to about 10,000 cargo and slap on 6 of SAL-6830 Engines. Then just add in enough of whatever they already use as beautify parts to hide the ugly 😊
Always use a very similar weapons load out.. 6 Vanguard Obliterator Autoprojectors and some kind of EM (usually 2 Tatsu 501EM Suppressors) facing forward and 3 Obliterator 250MeV Alpha Turrets facing rear. I never use Turrets in the front as they always kill things before I can board them 😊
For shields, I like to use the Warden SG-400 and its 7% Regen rate (only 1125 health) .. or the Vanguard Bulwark Shield with 1450 health and 6% Regen rate.
This keeps each of the ship 'looking like' and in the character of the original ship and it gives me a 85 to 100 mobility ship that always fights the same way, carries the same amount of crew and has similar cargo capcity. As I get more cash I'll upgrade the other ship the same way as well. After a few unnique builds of my own and trying designs like yours I just now use the 2 in-game ships for roleplaying reasons.

Yeah I like to start from captured C ship, just in the case some of his parts will ready to buy for cheap if I need them in build process, also they are available directly in place I going to build my ship. Of course I deleted everything to start from zero but those parts are in vendor room for almost free if I need them.
Dude this is honestly like this is impressive af hs deff gonna do when i have the time or on my next ng instead of buying the narwhal and beasting and rebuilding it wich it never has lost a battle op af but this is so much more work but so much more satisfying and i hate having to walk to the back of the narwhal to enter i love front or side entrances bc the ship almost always points the same way landing

Love your ships. May I ask who you usually crew your ships for maximal gain? Might be nice (RP wise) to mention who you need to crew for each of your designs for maximal benefit.

when you place the engine bvehind the radiators in the middle instead of adding engines if you COPY the lower middle rear engine at the right asngle it will snap ontop of and into the lower engine that is allready in place and so wont stick up. and will look just like a bigger version of the engines on the outer opf the ship.
Just finished the Crimson Fleet quest, needless to say this new Pirate Captain needs a ship to go with it.

the mass seems well balanced for a larger ship, my fav ship so far is pretty small 25m x 23m with the cockpit placed at the center point, i have no idea if it effects the physics in motion but i never take my big ships anywhere now or ever used 'habs' i'm fine with a crew of 3

I may have missed it if you said it during the video, I built it and it's awesome however I was not aware of how many credits I'd need and had maybe half of the total and had to grind for a while to complete it.
Should have been near the start and even in the thumb nail of the video. A lot of my ship guides are near $1,000,000 I'm glad you are enjoying the ship!

as much as I like the design this is way too complicated for me to recreate, took me two hours nearly to leave the red mile with all the pieces. Once again I say it, shame there is no export/import of ships possible. Next time I might just buy the exclusive pieces and set up a quick outpost for like 10 or 15k and try to build this beast there. Gonna try it tomorrow to get further in the recreation process lol :) but again, nice design.
update: after another 3 hours I finally made this beast, bloody hell what a ship, what a build. Awesome work there.

For the record, you do not need to visit any special vendor for “Structural Parts” just use the outpost ship builder, it carries 100% of every manufacturers structural parts. Only use vendors for Specialty….Cockpits, Habs, Engines and weapons and landing gear.
Yep that's why some of the parts have a * on them they are the only parts you cant buy at your outpost for people who have outposts. Not everyone has or wants to build outposts for one reason or another. So this makes it available to everyone.
after buying list in red mile you didnt explain how to asemble all part together and goes to other list , there is so many part how should i configure what you done ??

I LOVE the Scythe! My favourite ship. But i don't use glichting for the 4 cooler-endings. I just let 'em away. Starfield ist very buggy at glitched models and objects and tends to ctd's after using glitches.

After removing merged parts Bethesda restored flip merges as an option in the menu(so you'll have to manually enable the option). Drop/stack merging was left out though. For that method you'd have to install a mod to enable. The good news there is that Bethesda recently let mod authors apply to have their mods work with achievements. So the popular mods will likely work with them.
You didn’t make the demos battle station 2x2 as a part you can’t get at your landing bay .
Everybody always does Class A and C ships. I'd love to see someone do a kick ass Class B.

A ship can only be 40x40 so if you added everything off one side or something it will error.

Not bad but too many ladders for my liking. I ended up adding more storage to your Ziggara 2 (14352 with companions/skills + 320 Shielded). Yes it dropped down to 71 maneuverability however it is still fine to fly and battle with
It's a fine ship that has everything but a "bounty self-service terminal" (probably need to wait for a mod for that one). And extra kudos for including a starting ship as well as a shopping list with locations!
HOWEVER: Those engines (the 6830s)? Those don't become available until you finish Walter's Constellation questline, and do so diplomatically. So for folks who are maybe trying to build this in New Game+ or simply haven't done that yet, you're going to have to get something less powerful. The best I could find was the 6220 and the maneuverability is... Not great.
Doing the Walter Stroud quest does Not have to be done diplomatically, in order to earn those best in-game engines. That is misinformation - you can kill everyone, including the top guy at the end, and still be awarded use of the engines! You must just complete the quest. There is a video on TH-cam that shows this to be true.
