The finished glazed salmon looks nice but this smoking device fill the wok, the grill & the whole house with a lasting intense burnt smell. I turned off the smoker at 10 min as the smoke was unbearable & I could see the fish fully cooked thru the glass lid. If there were a warning about the burnt smell, I would not have attempted it.
This salmon looks so amazing, I swear I could almost taste it! My mouth is literally salivating! Lol

You can omit the milk powder/milk. My mum doesn't use it as my boys are allergic to dairy
