I've ridden most of these in one year or another. I can tell you the Kawi H2SX is by far the best sport touring bike in the last 20 years.
A bit off topic but I wish they would stop using the term “sport touring” in such nonsensical ways🤦♂️. This video is a great example of what the term “sport touring” used to mean and they use the term correctly. You had “super sports” (geared more toward racing and power than the street), “sport bikes” (designed like a super sport but more street oriented and appropriate power) and THEN the sport tourers which, as in the video, had the “added accessories” for longer travel and a wider variety of terrain. These days people are referring to EVERYTHING (even experienced TH-cam cycle guys) that isn’t a super sport as a “sport tourer”. While it can be done occasionally no one is going to choose Kawasaki 650, or cbr650r, or Yamaha R7 etc to go “touring” long distance. Completely different classes of bikes. For us “old guys” that have been riding awhile (get off my lawn!😜) it’s irritating.

This is actually a mix of sports tourers and adventure tourers. It also completely fails to include so many motorcycles that it completely fails to address what it claims in the title, namely the best sports touring bikes of 2024. For example, where is BMW's excellent R1250RS? This is one of the five best examples of this category of motorcycle, if not the best and yet no mention.

never mind tiger 660. What about tiger 1200? Very comfortable with lots or torque and comfort. I have no regrets

Your list is incomplete! BMW has several excellent Sport Touring bikes. I own a K1600b and it’s an awesome touring bike that runs the quarter mile in 11 seconds flat and 0-60 in 3 seconds flat all while feeling like you are in a Lazyboy recliner.
