Wow these are beautiful and fast enough to commute even on Highways! It's a shame most these aren't sold in the U.S. in the larger displacements.
People need to realize these are great cheap and comfortable transit! I wish these caught on more in the U.S...just enough where I can at least enjoy one.

They are not that cheap and you can get a good geared bike or a Honda semi automatic/automatic bike if you like automatic and the balance of the bike is better IMO.
Yeah, motorcycle culture really screwed us in America. Awesome scooters like these don't sell here cause it's "not a real bike" even though it'll smoke whatever Harley the tool that says that rides.

All my life I always love scooters since the 1980 when they first arrived here in New York City since that time the spree 35 mph I remember those three times three different colors and still to this day I love them ❤️♥️❤️

I have had a few scooters (an bikes) in my time.
The best one was the Piaggio X9 500.
I took it to France in 2006 an I got it up to 100 mph on their motorway.
Worked for me.

X-ADV is a great concept, Enduro like like scooter with true off-road compatibility and adventure feeling. Made me think of Africa Twin. But the important part is tuning and parts and I guess this is where the T-MAX wins above all, when I consider buying a bike this is almost #1 criteria.
One more step closer to Akira motorcycles.... Bravo....
Closest is my 2006 Yamaha Morphous with a 25" seat ht... love it even being only 250cc but they are still sold in Japan.

My favourite is the Burgman because it looks like a comfortable scooter, not like a motorcycle.
Only the Hondas sound good, while handling very good with minor suspension upgrades.
270 degree twin plus DCT is always a winner, for me.
My Tmax 530 DX has sounded like a 2-stroke scooter being f@@@ed by a very old, poorly serviced washing machine since the moment I started it brand new. I took it straight back to the dealer a week later, and he offered me 50% of what I had paid for it.
Now it is a garage ornament, with less than 2,000 kilometres on the clock, three years later.
NOT a bike I would suggest spending 1,500,000 Yen (15,000 USD / 10,000 GBP) of your hard-earned money on.
Also, the fuel economy is very poor (about 20-21 kilometres per litre ridden gently).

I'm very happy with my 2015 Vespa 300 GTS. It actually looks like a scooter and does 85mph. fastest enough for me. and she only weighs 341 pounds. Maintenance is easy enough , done by myself .
How about fuel consumption and range?
@@hassanjamal4212 2.4 gallon gas tank. I have never even calculated the MPG. I can go from boston to cape cod 70 miles with plenty of gas left. I was never concerned with the milage , $7 to fill the entire tank. I just love the heft and sturdiness of the Vespa. Plus I ca get 75- 80mph with a passenger. I have a 150cc Genuine Buddy and that is much more squirrelly.
The new gts 300 hpe (high perfomance engine) actually good too .. very juicy for a small scooter 🛵

I will go with the new X-ADV because is designed to be a model with an adventurous spirit which fuses the concept of high agility and commuter convenience. It combines the performance of an off-road motorcycle along with the convenience of being a large scooter on city roads.

I had a Gilera GP800. What a rocket! But Gilera was discontinued so Gilera is actually Aprilia.
The first scooter that I was checking was the Gilera and I found that this one goes only 193 km h officially ! How can you tell about 215 km h ??? Italian speedometers are allways over 20 km h ahead , whereas the speedometer of the BMW is right, reaches 180 km h with only 60 hp . So I take this one ....
im happy with my Beverly 350 doin 150kmh tuned intake tuned exhaust. It did 175km/h with a computer that i recently removed. That Aprilia looks sooooo nice in this video! WOW

Most tuned engine has low mileage . Started to get a problem after awhile
Beverly 500 here . 2005 model , with weak cvt goes 170ish . But with its large wheels its best rider among scooters. Cyclistic is awesome. . Smol gas tank tho , its same shit like on 125 - 250 400 cc , fits like 12.5 liters only . Other thing is i hate headlight mounted handlebars high up . Piaggio maffia haha !
Do the scooters go through a lot of tires due to the smaller diameter? I'm guessing the handling has be very stable to have this level of performance?
I HAVE AN 09 650. AWESOME BIKE.
GP800 & SRV surely will have real high maintenance price as they use V-belt. But Burgman650 belt can last up to 150K KM.

What happened to the Kymco AK550? It beat out a few of what you listed.
Probably all sitting around waiting for non existent replacement fuel pumps. . My 500 took 10 weeks with zero communication. Stick to Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha

Kymco has a "twin" 300c.c. scooter of Kawasaki J300 with approval based upon Kawasaki's blueprints, certainly with some appearance difference.
Not the fastest at all but my ex Aprilia Atlantic 500 first model was the most comfortable Maxi scooter ever. I could ride it for hours without stopping anywhere. Great machine and great engine from Italians.
must say that my 250 scarabeo is an awesome town bike while my 919F honda is my street bike @ 68yo
I’ll second that! My Aprilia Atlantic 500 has taken me and my passenger from zero to 90 in nothing flat…with a range of 220 miles per tank full.
Great memories made on this bike, and more still to come. When I wear this one out, I’ll find another and continue the adventure.

I have a BMW C Evolution electric scooter with a Hayabusa stoplight kill story. Max speed is only 85mph but it is very quick off the line.
BMW 0-100 is 6.2s compared to the Hayabusa's 2.8s.
6.2s is decent for a scooter, but it's not going to beat anyone on a real bike who is trying.

I loved my 650 Burgman and I am in the market for a new one but each 2018 is sniped and Suzuki decided to no longer make 650's.
I just got a 2018 and was lucky to get it. I just happened to be at a Suzuki dealership when a guy rolled in on one. He traded it in on a V-strom and I said, "Hang on guys, I want the Burgman."
Nothing compares with a Suzuki Burgman 650 best bike I have ever owned. It is the most superior all round maxi scooter for city and tour riding bar none. Nothing matches it's rider and passanger comfort, practicality of its drive system and masses of storage space.

Nice bikes, but none of these is true scooter in the versatility sense with exception for Burgman. I have Beverly 400 with 35 hp, huge compartement under the seat and a top case and the power is not an issue. By no means. It's powerfull enough for highway and overtaking and on a real road it's nearly as fast as any bike (proven in Alps during 2000km trip). If I needed more bike, I'd buy a bike. :-) (And I own Fireblade for that matter). But as far as scooters go, I think the Beverly hits the sweetspot of absolute nimbleness and domination in the city and great fun on the open road thanks to capable suspension and adequate brakes.
