I get it, it's a big thing to have to quit, & it's good to talk about it. It's not easy having to suddenly adapt to a different way of living that involves *not* doing things that are routine, having to make risk assesments on your behavior... I just hope it gets easier.

Oh the joys of medical conditions we can't see in a mirror..."Is it all in my head? No. But wait - is it? Maybe it's not as bad as I think it is? Yeah, that's got to be it." I'm not quite half through your video, but I had to pause to send you hugs. I live with severe arthritis; different issue but apparently some of the same daily stuff 🤪 Thank you for sharing your day with us; I can't imagine it's easy to do. Sending many gentle hugs to you from (currently chilly) Alberta 🇨🇦

Yep, you totally get it! My diagnosis is super rare for my age, and on top of that, the way my symptoms present is "not expected," whatever that's supposed to mean. The head trip is real.
Thanks for understanding. 💙 I am sending many hugs back to you from (rainy) western NY.

I think you're allowed a mistake here and there on this journey. Don't be hard on yourself, there's no manual or instructions for what you're going through. Wish we were closer. ❤
