Yep big drums right there. Always good to have a solid bed to work off - even if you're just jamming ideas. Why can I never remember that? Muchas merci Ihor and tres bien, great 'sound ideas' to keep us all vibin' back here.
hmmm, that fade back and forth between real and recording sound is a smart idea, I'm gonna try that with my MPC one, let see if I can achieve something similar. thanks for sharing, that was cool to watch.
Hey man! Thanks for your kind words! You man, particularly, inspire me quite a lot, so don't be jealous ❤️ I wish I could manage to create such drums variations on DT as you do!
@@IhorMedia Oh wow thanks, I was not aware of it, that's so cool to read I inspire folks ! your drums are awesome, punchy and straight forward, I love them.
@@IhorMedia The black looks extremely cool. I have the standard one. I'm using it as a glorified mixer / compressor / effects processor right now. To be honest, I was a little let down by my attempts to use it as a drum machine. I found all of my bass drum samples had to be massaged into sounding good on it - filtered, compressed. I was spending a lot of time just getting the kick right. But I love the machine - build quality is top notch, and there are always more things to learn on it, which is my idea of a great music box.
@@ObKling I fully agree with you! OT has so many different features. At the really beginning I was a little overwhelmed with this. But then I got my peace of mind and understood that OT is a great box for performance. Like mixer and sampler and looper on steroids. When it comes to drums I am using Digitakt more and more. Together with OT of course. On DT is way faster to lay some grooves and get it just right. And it is easier for me. You can checkout my new video “Modular Creations 10”, there I use OT + DT + Modular. Quite a nice combination. I think I am going to stick to it for a while.

Oooh flexing the new oct ❤️ sick setup man. Can't go wrong with BIA.
Thanks man! ✌️
Damn. This jam is groovy.

Hey! Thanks for watching! Let me know if this works on MPC one, please. I don’t have an MPC, but genuinely curious 🧐
I tried it with Ableton and a cross fade controller. It worked, but had a slight bit of latency.
Eventually I did buy the Octatrak.
Happy anniversary!
Thank you!
I really like your idea for how to live loop and muting with the crossfader. seems like a simple and fast way to build tracks and mess with things.
Thanks! I love this feature of the Octatrack!
Love to hear your voice man 🔥 and Great Video! The one is just jealous 🌈

@@59Perlen thanks 🙏
Those octa samples sounds very big
Nice video dude. Keep em coming!
Thanks! I'll keep 'em coming :)
You deserve more subs.... Can you explains that modular rig sometime and what you need to get started?
Thank you, Rons! It seems to be a good idea actually! I will think if I can film something on that topic. ✌️
Good sounds and great explanation, ty!
Always welcome and thank you for watching!
Ooh, that octatrack looks nice.
I love it so much! It became my number one device from the first day.

Great video! Love to see more!
Thanks! More to come 😉
Yeppa perfect... great lesson minimal but all I need for jamming many houres 🔝thks
I am glad you found it useful! Thanks for your kind words!
so simple. SO SOLID. $$$
BIA is awesome!!! still I'd like a direct comparison of BAS and Manis...
Well, they say that Manis is aggressive... That it is based on BIA. They are so similar, but so different. Hope that makes sense ✌️
@@IhorMedia thanks
It is beautiful
Thanks for your comment!
You are my hero ;-)
Расскажите, пожалуйста, как это все дело записывать в ableton) желательно несколько способов
Вроде все просто. Для этого нужен аудио интерфейс! Заводите звук в него и записываете в Ableton.
Amsterdam reprazent! :)
