watch this fight and watch khabib versus edson barboza. Both barboza and conor were elite strikers but how different khabib's game plan was for both. In barboza's fight from the first he kept closing the distance to avoid kicks but with conor he was defensive and backed up to avoid conor's vicious counters. his ability to stay composed even after all those mind games of conor is appreciable.
Wonderful and oddly satisfying match, I'm so happy for Khabib.

It's interesting to see how right after the fight ended (3:40), Conor is totally in shock and for a brief moment caught with a scared stare right into Khabibs face, like a deer into a headlight. But then Conor quickly reassembles his composure, breaks his own paralysis and Looks away in a bit of a casual look.
Conor is very aware of his body language and connected psychology. It's interesting to see that he both lost it but also how he is so aware and really tries to maintain it after the initial shock
