That was a miracle with the weather being warmer. So happy for you and your husband. I’ll be out of commission for a week or two in February. I have an infiltrated basal cell carcinoma on my leg. That means they have to go wider and maybe deeper to remove it. UGH!!! I HATE needles!!!! Can’t wait to see your projects that you have in mind.

You just opened up a can of worms about which types of quilting to feature. Wool quilts, flannel quilts, art quilts like the amazing Milkweed one, Seminole quilting, Hawaiin quilting, a Ravioli quilt, collage quilts, stuffed trapunto quilt pillows (Brandon Wullf), Kaleidescope quilts, and freehand modern quilting like Otta's quilts, and a pinecone quilt pillow. How's that for starters? I however expect a twist to making these types of quilts, not just the normal technique. Blessings to you on getting baptized and to your dear husband.
