The Japanese were allowed to present their video evidence.

Far be it for me to ask if there is any move to approach the International Court of Human Rights given that Paul has been denied all of his rights under the Danish kangaroo Court by mot allowing his evidence to be seen?

As far as I'm aware, in order for Pete to get himself released from jail in Japan, he had to say to say that he was ordered by Paul to board the Japanese vessel. This then gave Japan the prime opportunity to put Paul on the Red list and a warrant issued for his arrest. Although Pete retracted his statement he gave to the Japanese once freed, Paul I believe was aggrieved and felt Pete had pushed him under the bus!

We shouldn't have to explain why oceanic ecosystems and the state of our oceans can benefit and hurt a peninsular power like Denmark. or an island nation like Japan. Paul Watson is not against your best interest.
Don't punish principled and courageous people because they happen to be successful as well. Denmark should make friends with Paul Watson. International laws and regulations, court orders in Australia, policies of the commission, these things have to mean something in this world. Or this world is upside down and twisted, and doomed if it doesn't reverse. The legal force behind Watson's interventions can't simply be shrugged off. If Watson's going to be a political prisoner, this has to be fought in court. Denmark could win a lot of brownie points like the UK just did for releasing Assange btw. I would think a lot of Japanese would admire Watson for being so far removed from the norm, like a star on an anime cartoon.
Japan and all nations must start to DO SOMETHING to protect the oceans. One guy does, and he's the problem are you serious? Stop harming the oceans. We don't want a future with dead and dying ocean, we're doing more harm than we can count. It is said we all have a collective moral and ethical duty to protect the oceans. Excuse Paul Watson for taking that seriously.
