I used to play with a nerf ball, and you used your hand to shoot the ball!!! I even wore my goalie pads when I played goalie (Doug Favell was my favorite) and it was great practicing and with pads on to get more used to them, and just playing this indoor game was so much fun scoring goals and stopping them, just like the pro's!!!!!
