Hey Greg! Thank you for this channel I've been binge watching over the weekend. At the 17:30 portion of the video about building the website. My question is how do we organize our content. Do we make posts that are keyword traffic drivers that do not have any affiliate links? For our affiliate offers do we create commercial pages that would be more like landing pages? I might be over thinking this. Thank you for help!

I do not really do any 1 on 1 coaching. I’m not interested in charging people that much money any more…although if there is something you want me to analyze for free, I’ll do a video on it
Is there a reason why you keep buying more & more financial auction domains? I assume you’ve already got a ton of high-ranking domains in this area, so would seem more worth it to focus on those you have rather than keep buying more (especially since you won’t know which new ones will even rank before you actually buy them anyway)?
Since page one only has 10 spots (and the top 3 get most clicks), at some point it seems like it’d just be diminishing returns to buy more domains unless either they stop ranking (and so you keep needing to buy new replacements or test new domains) or is it because you sell the domains once it reaches a certain amount of revenue & then start again from scratch?

I do not usually sell my sites, just kind of keep them for nice automated income
Would you buy one of these domains in a similar niche to an existing website, transfer the content, and 301 it to the newly purchased domain? The domain I have has a DA 40 (got hit with the HCU), which would further push the newly purchased domain. The content that I transferred should rank pretty quickly, right?

Hey Greg, what woud be an amazing video series is when you do your weekly shopping for domains is just roll the camera and tell us your thoughts about what you estimate the domain would sell for. Then wait until it closes, see the final price, and then tell us if you think the customer got an excellent/good/fair/or poor deal and why. Everybody appraises everything these days....houses, investments, Gold and precious metals (LOL), everthing ...BUT domains! Since you are the OG of SEO and IMO one of your strenghts is domain analysis, in addition to all we learned from you, if you had the first domain analysis/appraisal vid series IMO digital real estate is better than physical real estate and nobody is doing this, but based on the comments we love how your size up/analyze aged domains. I know Im being a PITA by asking you this before but I really think think this is an untapped niche and I dont want to go to places like Empire Flippers and Flippa to evaluate sites (IMO its all overpiced) and just watcing and listening to you size up domains since I think you do this about 2x a week, we dont need no fancy editing....just set up your screen record and go. Anyway, much appreciated for all you do even if you do these things sparingly. Thanks
