Hi, Thanks for the video. I have an EMD. After May the 2nd, my main keyword that matches the domain name suddenly, deranked and now it shows no where. Even when I search the exact domain name without the extension, my website doesn't appear although its social links appear in the SERPs. Can you help me to get that back?

Going back to the Precision Mold site, would you create the same structure again or do it different these days? ie. would you still go with a PMD, hit the homepage with good RSoS links, then create inner pages with just the location? If I'm targeting multiple Niche+Location terms, do I still want to have keyword in domain with location pages (brandkeyword/location) or general domain with SoS as inners (brand/niche-location)? Or is this a new/aged domain question? In general, does an EMD still carry max weight if you're not ranking the homepage?

In 2022 I was ranking real estate websites in 30-60 days for money keywords. Something shifted in the algo to prefer older/aged domains, and they really don't like newly purchased domains it seem lately. Could be wrong, but it definitely seems a lot harder for newer sites now

Which do you feel ranks better... many high quality, low spam TF10+ links OR a lot less high quality, low spam TF30+ links?

Ive been seeing those Linkedin parasites ranking for Gold IRA KWs as well, and completely agree...how long will they stick before Google deindexes them? Should be interesting. Since you buy a lot of auction domains, and since an older domain without KW in domain would be more valuable than a newly registered EMD or PMD, if there is a domain that you don't win or purchase, but you think its a good deal after the auction has ended, can you do an analysis on why you think the seller got a good price and why it would be a good money site? Nobody goes into the detail you do on aged domains...thx and hope to make the next livestream

Greg got a question. Was talking with someone about ranking low competition keyword and how do you don’t back links or much back links. His argument was even if you don’t need them you should still build them because a competitor can come in build a site and back links and overtake you. Is this true with low competition keyword? Like my challenge site and Landenberg SEO.
