Your videos have really helped me understand affiliate marketing and I am at the verge of starting but my concern now is getting a niche and a company. I am looking for a product to promote that I wont have to buy before i promote it because I cant afford to buy any product for. Can you make a video on niches that one can promote and wont need to buy the product?

@@GregGottfried yes. Actually! Whenever I do keyword research on merch informer. In almost every niche; if the word tshirt is attached to the main word, then the niche is shown as Red (high competition) and otherwise when looking for only the niche word, It is in Green (low competition). So it gets very confusing. Can you please guide???

Hey Greg, for the affiliate marketing, do I need to first purchase the products and have them shipped to me to create videos, or I can just use content from on the site?
No, so basically you have to make a post or a blog for a product that you picked, then you add the associated link from the website so that the customer can click on the link to buy that product!
How do we know whether affiliate companies list the real number of purchases or not on my dashboard?. What if they are not paying 50% of total commissions?. How to personally confirm that how many sales were going through my links?

Yes, one channel per niche works best for me. When starting from scratch, I'd say it's average within the first month to start seeing affiliate sales. Once you get rolling, it's the first week or first couple days.
So I assume you need to get as many links up as possible?

There will be none as long as you make original content.

You can have a brand new channel with no videos. I recommend making your own original videos because it will perform far better.

Not necessarily, rather pick the best product you can find in that niche. This will mean it will convert the best because viewers can see it's the best option.

Technically you can make posts on social media (all types of social sites including Pinterest) or write blog articles on your own website (or blog platforms like Medium), but truly the most effective way is with original videos. It's the hardest, but that's why it works so well. In my opinion, if you're going to do it, it's the best to do it right from the get-go. If you run into any questions just let me know 👍

I know a bunch of shady websites with millions of viewers. Couldn't I pay them to show my ads and put my affiliate links there and reap the rewards?
I don't recommend it. These big websites don't want shady traffic coming to their website so I would assume they'd close your affiliate account.
How do they pay you?
They pay out each month to either PayPal or Direct Deposit to your bank 👍

It can work for an Eskimo (Inuit) in an igloo in the Arctic Circle as long as (s)he has a laptop, WiFi or mobile connection, knowledge of the linga franca of the internet - i.e. the standard language of commerce and conversation - in this case and in this day and age - English. (In the past Aramaic, Greek, Latin, Arabic etc).
Then you need a lot of time, a little money, and heck of a lot focus and determination!

If he knows how to make money with affiliate marketing, why is he not doing that instead of selling his coarse? I notice every video on TH-cam does the same thing. If im wrong, and i may be, what am i missing?
That's a great question, and I would think the same thing. I do work on my affiliate business pretty much everyday growing it. It's the bulk of my income nowadays. The course was something I always wanted to do to help people start their own business and build a community of people who understood what I was doing, was doing it themselves, and could all group up together. My initial fear was that it would take away from my personal affiliate business income, but in reality there are unlimited niches out there and everyone I've taught has a unique skillset so they fall into their own niches naturally. Just for you own peace of mind, the course makes up maybe 5%-10% of my income, but the fulfillment and joy from helping those in the course is worth a lot more in other ways than money.

Technically yes, but it will not work very well and you'll likely get kicked out of the group for spam/advertising.
