One of those 'wait until we can do a procedure for lots of money', things. I continued to decline with no help or suggestions. Felt like I was dying. But I found an new diet and just switched to a carnivore diet less than a week ago and woke up today and am feeling so much better! I'd suggest anyone look into the carnivore diet and hopefully start before your body is screaming so loud! But as long as your breathing it is not too late, lots of good info and videos about how sugar and carbs are the source of most illnesses. Be well. [edit to add this info] I just found out that besides the sugar and carbs that feed illnesses, cancers can adapt from feeding off sugar and carbs to glutamine. Sounds like intermittent fasting, or extended fasting (they gave examples of a 10 day water fast) along with the carnivore diet may be able to starve cancer cells.

@amybahner6511 It definitely reduces inflammation! My sleep is also getting back to normal! And no calorie counting, just make sure the meat has some good fat and eat until comfortably full. As you're adapted, you'll just naturally fast for longer periods... which is also healing. Hope it helps you feel better too!

Yes, the lymphatic system is separate from the veinous return system he's talking about (and mixed up completely). The lymph fluid is not in tubes/veins at all; it's in the space between cells (interstitial) and then goes into the lymph capillaries. Rebounding helps both systems. But it's the pressure change of bounding that encourages lymph flow, not so much muscle contraction that helps more with veinous return.
When you support venous system you are also supporting lymphatic system. When venous system breaks (example venous stasis), it can lead to break down in lymph system (lymphedema).
The best 'first thing' to do is educate yourself on basic/applied anatomy and physiology. You will be better equipped to understand more about how to eat, 'move', and utilize supplements (if/when appropriate). Btw, the heart pumps blood through the venous system__but "movement" is the only way to move lymph to eliminate toxins/wastes through the lymphatic system! Dry brushing and lymphatic drainage(massage) are supplemental to movement. Hope this is helpful. 🙏😇✨💫🌱🌿🌻🐝🌳🌎💖🙌😺

@@sassysandie2865, For clarity, 'it doesn't work' the way people 'think'/'hope' it does. No surgery or 'treatment' is going to 'fix' the health issue you may be experiencing. Changes in nutritional lifestyle, exercise(or lack of), health habits/routines, stress levels, etc., are what positively effect health outcomes. Short term treatments will not 'prevent' illness__managing the 'epigenetics' of your lifestyle has a more positive effect on health. I have a blood clotting disorder and have had nine DVT blood clots since I was 15 years old and I’m 61 now.
In the last year, I have cut out the seed oil and cheap carbs. Eating
A very clean diet with it being organic and fresh vegetables, some fruits like pineapple and berries and apples, citrus, drinking lemon and lemon liver cleanses with a hot lemonade drink. I was drinking every day for six months lost 40 pounds they don’t want to find it back.
I have taken horse chestnut for over 30 years. There have been short periods of time where I’ve taken myself off of it, but I have been on it pretty consistently. I use a couple of different products for circulation and leg vein health and it does help with a heaviness Was wearing compression socks consistently for over 10 years but this last DVT I can’t wear them anymore. It was causing more problems and grief. My legs have somewhat accommodated the fact of not wearing compression socks anymore. I’m very careful with trying to make sure I take better care of myself.
Where do you buy this "horse chestnut" and please tell how you take it. Has it helped you a lot? God bless you.
Wheat....caused swelling in legs, for years until. I figured it out. Eventually caused boils if I was sneaking it back in. Also avoid putting electronics on your lap.

I can barely do cardio now 😢I will try some of these natural remedies out and see if they help . I don’t drink or smoke , eat alright . Not the best ….never tried horse chestnut. Do what we can right
WOW !!! Thank You !!! This filled in some gaps I can work with.
I have had bright blue spider veins on my legs since I was a teen. I started taking lumbrokinase for high fibrin levels and my spider veins are dissolving.
What is high fibrin and how is the body affected by it?
I have never heard of this. Where do you source it from?
A basic google search will tell you all you need to know about fibrin. Theres so much scammy stuff out there that I stick to Allergy Research Groups Lumbrokinase but hear good things about Doctors Best too. Just research it if you are truly interested- there is a lot of scientific research on it out there.
I've had them since I was a teen too. Can you say more about where you get it, etc?
There is a lot of research, easily found on the web. Look up “lumbrokinase research”. Its also sold in many stores so you could look up “lumbrokinase for sale” and choose a retailer you feel comfortable with. Its always wise to do your own research rather than just taking advice off the internet. Not being sarcastic- even supplements have side effects and what works great for one person will not necessarily help or could even cause problems for another. Please always do your own research❤
Dissected aorta here and ended up with lots of spider veins...docs insist it doesn't mean anything and nothing to do to stop it.

I literally witnessed a loved one this week who started 3 months ago on the carnivore diet. Her hair, skin, energy and sleep all improved immediately!! She is feeling so good and stronger. I'm going to look into this.
@amybahner6511 It definitely reduces inflammation! My sleep is also getting back to normal! I also do OMAD, but I started by just eating Carnivore when I was hungry... at first it was frequently, now it's afternoon before I start with eggs and bacon or steak. And no calorie counting, just make sure the meat has some good fat and eat until comfortably full. As you're adapted, you'll just naturally fast for longer periods... which is also healing. Hope it helps you feel better too!

For clarity, water with ANY additive, as well as, other fluids, teas, etc. must 'be digested'__with the exception of electrolytes because they work on an ionizing level. Whereas, fresh, clean, "room temperature" water immediately hydrates all body systems, going directly to the cells.

I have high levels of ferritin and have ben seeing a hematologist for years. I have been studying on hemochromatosis and have determined that I need a more aggressive program to lower the absorption of iron. Many diets pushed today are not suited for this. Hypothyroidism seems to be a symtom as well.
Take care of adrenaline glands!
@@CailinOToole more than that. Iron will build up in all major organs and cause major problems. This will require major diet changes. Manny supplements and fruit/juice will have to be consumed between meals, especially Vitamin C. It is essential, but collects iron. I got rid of my cast iron pans a long time ago and haven't taken supplements with iron in them for about 20 yrs when my oncologist found that I had too much. I will be seeing my hematologist next week and see if we can come up with a game plan as well as getting a DNA test to see if I have the chromosome for hemochromatosis since it is hereditary. I think my dad had it since we both feel great after donating blood and we were the same type. He died of Leukemia at the age of 63. My brother died in '17 at the age of 52. He had degenerative bone disease and his spleen split and attached to his stomach and pancreas. They got it removed but told him he would have to have a flu shot and pneumonia shot every year. He didn't do it and died of pneumonia within 24 hrs of developing a cough. Scary condition, but I had a heads-up when I found out my iron was high early.
My understanding is that Vitamin C creates an absorption to increase high iron in the body.

Love the info, but I still find dry, brushing controversial. Can you provide evidence for this practice?
My understanding is that there are two types of veins. One is for blood circulation (blood vessels) and the other is for the water system (lymphatic.)
You're right, there's two different systems, but I don't think the channels in the lymphatic system are called veins.
@@allhimwithme5115 So is it good to use a rebounder? Thank you
When you support venous system you are also supporting lymphatic system.

@@sassysandie2865,
For clarity, 'it doesn't work' the way people 'think'/'hope' it does.
No surgery or 'treatment' is going to 'fix' the health issue you may be experiencing.
Changes in nutritional lifestyle, exercise(or lack of), health habits/routines, stress levels, etc., are what positively effect health outcomes.
