  • Interesting cutting open several rocks. Never know what you will find hiding for 1000's of years.

    Perhaps if one lets their imagination loose on this 1st thunderegg, there is a lake/pond above rocks & part of the lake empties down a crevice in rocks. Thundereggs do produce interesting inside patterns. Sometimes they need Further cuttings to see what is hiding inside.
    Years ago when I was cutting rocks, I always cut additional slices to what Was hiding beyond. Not only thundereggs, but agates, jaspers, etc.

      @@aaronroberts2708 You can find Thunder Eggs around the central part of Oregon, and in in Washington northwest of Yakima. Check out listings on local website’s and purchase on-line.
