Thato Secondary School | SGB vow to keep F State school closed

Members of the School Governing Body at Thato Secondary School in Botshabelo, in the Free State have vowed to keep the school closed, until they've been provided with an occupancy certificate for the temporary classrooms. The SGB's Parent Component is unhappy with the provincial Education Department's unfulfilled promises. This after there was a delay by the contractor who was appointed in 2018 to renovate the school after sixteen dilapidated classrooms were declared unsafe by the Labour Department.
