Yep! But you can do anything with them. Omelets, sandwiches, wraps, and use them in baking too! Just can't "fry" them as a normal egg with an intact yolk...

We liked the water glassed eggs. We did them at our old house but it was kind of a pain finding storage and bigger jars meant more weight. Now we can store them freeze dried and no weight. Have you water glassed before?

Looks delicious. I'm getting so many eggs I'm freezing them right now. Wish I could get a freeze dryer but would have to run another electrical line mines to old to update.
If you get a medium freeze dryer you don't need a separate line ran. Just an idea.
Ive eaten freeze dried eggs for years and I couldnt tell the difference! Looks good!
