Hi Lynn, I like watching your cooking videos. You make it look so easy and watching is very relaxing. A different way of using mine bed but it looked delicious. You ought to produce a cook book! Hope you enjoyed the meal out with your friend. I always think that sharing a meal and a chat is better than any present. Thank you for filming.
I sent that before I’d finished writing lol. If I didn’t have my TH-cam I would love to do a recipe book. I’m the same, time with friends is so much nicer ❤️🎄❤️
I haven’t tried yet Linda, but I would defrost thoroughly, then either in a dish in the airfryer on reheat, or in a dish covered with foil in the oven ❤️🎄❤️
That looked really yummy Lynn. I will change the sauce slightly cause I don’t eat cream but will definately be trying. It with slight adjustment. Thanks Lynn. Hope you are keeping well. Are you still doing the IF. I am feeling so much better and it’s all thanks to you. Take care.
It’s definitely one of those recipes that can be adapted Pam, and yes I’m still doing the IF, and like you I feel so much better. Have a lovely day ❤️🎄❤️
Hi Lynn thank you for sharing this video I really enjoyed watching you make your mice beef patties look so delicious and so tasty to eat 🥟🥟❤️xx have a lovely week Lynn
Hi Lynn, this is definately one to cook. Looks amazing, clever you. Lovely alternative for an evening meal, I shall certainly be giving it a try and not expensive to make. Enjoyed it very much despite the music, but I can read between the lines haha. Thanks for sharing a fab video xxx❤❤❤
Hi my beautiful friend, It sure did look tasty. I usually will do all the seasonings and bread crumbs when I make a meatloaf. I hadn't made one of those in quite a while. I may do that this week. I just don't make the sauce part. So glad you both enjoyed it though. Let me just say, I love your intro and outro. It's so festive and so pretty. It really came out so nice. I have to bring Donald tomorrow morning for a colonoscopy. He's been a nervous wreck about it. I'll be glad to have it other with and he can relax. I think it has to do with the fact that he has a bad heart and of course they put you to sleep to do it. He did get the OK from his heart dr. to have it done though. I'm sure if he didn't think Donald's heart could stand it, he wouldn't have OK'd it. He is taking a nap right now. He can only have clear liquids today. He has to be at the hospital for 10 tomorrow morning. I think it only takes about an hour to get the test done which isn't bad. Then he can come home and just relax and take it easy for the rest of the day. Hopefully his nerves will calm down then too. Well sweet friend, sending you lots of love & hugs as always. Take care and I'll see you soon. Sending lots of love & hugs as always. Donna👩❤👩♥👩❤👩♥👩❤👩♥👩❤👩♥
Hello beautiful Donna. It’s just a different way to see the same meat, we all need a little change now and again don’t we. It took me ages to find the right intro, I didn’t want a cheesy one, I wanted a bit more elegant if you know what I mean. Joanne had a colonoscopy a few months ago, it’s not the nicest procedure to have, and the medication the 2 days before isn’t pleasant either, but unfortunately these things are necessary at times. I hope the results are all good, and no need for any worries. I’m sure that Donald has the best home nurse looking after him. Christmas is nearly upon us all, so very busy times. I hope you are all organised and ready for it. I know it’s not something you’re looking forward too, but I do hope that you and Donald enjoy yourselves albeit a quiet one. So much love and a huge hug Donna my love, and I will see you again very soon. Good luck for tomorrow ❤️❤️❤️🎄🎄🎄❤️❤️❤️
I love all your cooking videos Lynn! I just rewatched the Jam Roly Poly one, can't wait to make that. The patties look delicious. Another great one pan recipe that is impressive and delish is Creamy Tuscan Chicken. Have you tried that? There's lot of variations, but it's easy and super delicious. Love from your English viewer in Florida. xx
Hi Lynn, your meal looks so, so yummy and such an easy recipe. Definitely will make. Thanks for sharing. No matter what you show next, I’ll be watching, Lynn. ❤❤
I’m sorry about the music Yvonne, I turned it right down but the app must have turned it back up. Never mind lol at least you could see what I did ❤️🎄❤️
Oh yummy Lynn, got to try this one, thank you very much 👏. We are always looking for something a little bit different leading up to Christmas, so definitely going to give it a go. 👏x
Hi Lynn those beef patties in that creamy sauce looked so delicious. I will definitely be making these. My husband likes food with a lot of flavour so l think this will be great. Thanks for cooking it and showing us what it looked like finished. Have a great day Lynn much love❤❤
I love making these but I call them rissoles, it’s such a good way of cooking mince and they also make good burgers if you flatten them out before you cook them. I must try that sauce though, it looked delicious. Thanks for sharing, bye for now. Sandra x❤
Yes I think I’ve heard of rissoles before. It’s nice to change things up a bit, we all get stuck now and again don’t we with what to cook for tea ❤️🎄❤️
I'd like to try that with chicken as I don't eat red meat. Please could you leave a link to the video where you cooked the sweet chilli chicken, I must have missed that video!!
That recipe looked gorgeous Lynn😋.I use frozen chopped onion because my eyes water so much. Another option would be soffritto (also frozen already chopped 😁) for the veg. I will definitely give that a go. ❤🎄🥂
Hi Lynn, you made meatloaf Pattie’s, don’t Brit’s make meatloaf? We make this, and roast it as a log, or in a loaf tin, often topped with bacon, and a bit of ketchup glaze, or just plain roast. We usually soak the breadcrumbs in milk then squeeze out the milk, they are for keeping the loaf/Pattie’s soft, not to hold the meat together, minced meat will hold together without anything, burgers in the US only have beef, no filler, and you very gently push together no kneading the meat as it just makes the burgers tough. A little ketchup in the meatloaf, or chili sauce is good too especially if you are not using a sauce at the end of cooking your meatloaf/patties. You can make meatballs by mixing an egg , Italian flavour breadcrumbs, oregano, and basil, Parmesan cheese, into 450g of beef mince,or 225g beef, and 225g pork mince, mix gently, shape into balls, roast in the oven while you make the sauce, or use a jar,you can just add meatballs to the sauce uncooked, they cook well in the sauce too.Take a look at American women’s cooking channels, they use mince a lot, you might get some ideas.❤😊❤
Hi Janet, yes Brits make meatloaf, this is just a different way of cooking it I suppose. There are so many ways to use mince, and it’s one of my favourites. I have made meat balls in the past, I love them, but for some reason that I don’t understand, my hubby isn’t keen, I mean, when all said and done it’s the same meat, just in a ball lol. Men can be very strange at times. I do watch Catherine’s plates, and a few others, they are so inspiring. I should do a series on mincemeat recipes, only trouble is, vegetarians may not watch. Thank you for all the advice, it’s always appreciated from you Janet ❤️🎄❤️
@ Try Mandy in the Making, and in the Kitchen with Momma Mel both Southern cooks, Mandy, and her husband Steve are a lovely couple, Mel’s husband seems nice too, but not as involved with the cooking, both couples seem very Southern Christian, if you know what I mean.
Hi Lynn will definitely be doing this recipe as it looks very tasty and will be a change to do something different .Yes the music was on the loud side (these things happen)turning the sound down and putting the transcript on we can still follow you and still see what you are doing.Take care and have a lovely week.See you next time xx❤❤🎄🎄

I don’t know why it’s so loud because I turned the volume right down when I edited it, I’m sorry about that ❤️🎄❤️
@Nanna-M my comment was not to you Lynn, but in reply to the previous comment about the sound. I thought if it was upsetting anyone, just reduce their volume.
