I love all the colors you used in this quilt top. The layout is beautiful. That border looks hard; but, it was worth it. Your quilt is going to be beautiful. I was thinking that this would be a wonderful way of using some printed squares (that I have been saving for years) in a quilt for a double bed. I love the way you set the center of this quit up. Thank you.
Thanks, Kendra... it was fun to make. The fusible that I used for this quilt was Florian... it was something that I had on hand and decided to get it used up. I don't care for the 'white' color of the adhesive though! Most other fusible paperbacks have a clear adhesive which is not visible when fused (i.e. SoftFuse, Pellon, Heat-n-bond, etc...), but this package of Florian had a very 'white' adhesive which poked through on the tiny bits of the applique elements. But, I think I got it all to 'behave' properly! LOL! Lori
I LOVE that *wonky border! I've never seen that design in a border before. I'm going to use that! Thank you, Lori. You taught me alot :)
You are so welcome! Have fun!! Lori
Looks beautiful
Lovely quilt Lori. The colors are right up my alley and the sway border really sets the quilt to motion! 🧡🧵

I love this quilt, stunning!!
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful quilt, love that “curvy” border. Agree with using that orange for binding, or scrappy binding. What kind of fusible paper do you use? 😊
