Hello all, thanks for all for filling in the missing gaps in my collection... This is what I've got so far: Let Forever Be (Chemical Brothers song co-written and sung by Noel) Teotihuacan (Instrumental track by Noel on the X-Files Movie Soundtrack) Temper Temper (Goldie song featuring Noel on guitar) Wonderwall (Mike Flowers Pops cover which reached #2 in the UK, 2 months after Oasis) To Be Someone (Noel cover of the Jam, on the 'Fire & Skill' tribute album) Day Tripper (CD2 of The Circle single from Ocean Colour Scene, featuring OCS, Noel & Liam) Tailgunner (Album featuring Mark Coyle as frontman, and Noel on drums) Purple Parallelogram (technically a promo - co-written between Noel and Evan Dando, only released as a promo in Germany) Lord Dont Slow Me Down (released on publicly available CD in NME Essential Bands 2007) Champagne Supernova (no-waves version, released on 'Assorted!' CD with Q Magazine, 1 Dec 1995) Acquisece live (Saturday Night Live: 25 Years of Musical Performances, Vol. 2 CD, released in America, but available to buy in the UK too) Scorpio Rising (Death in Vegas album & song feat Liam on vocals) Dig Out Your Soul Vinyl & CD Box Set (contains extra tracks on the CD) Shoot Down (track 12 from the Prodigy album 'Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned', featuring Noel on bass, and Liam as co-writer and singer) Rock & Roll Star (NME presents The Glastonbury Broadcasts Volume 1 CD, live at Glastonbury version) And I think that might be it!
I can remember select and vix magazine free tapes but I’m sure there’s an unkle b-side which is noels remix of the knock on effect which I’m sure he is involved in but not 100% he might be credited on psyence fiction too for playing bass.
My singles will stay with me til the die i die. Almost every one was a mini album, the quality of the songs was that high. There’s seasides, there’s B sides, and then there’s the masterplan. Album ordered from Chalkies, very excited. Great vid as always.
Thanks so much for pre-ordering, massive appreciation! Yeah I agree, Oasis EPs were just something else. Better b-sides than most bands' lead singles!!
Slightly off topic but has anyone else ever noticed how in Setting Sun, Noel sings ‘You said your body was young but your mind was very old’ - Very similar to the Half the World Away lyric. Great video as always James, really enjoyed it
A few weeks back I was in my local record shop and they had reserved for me a Roll With It vinyl single, I was so over the moon and excited to get an Oasis single, even if Rockin' Chair and Live Forever (Live at Glastonbury) weren't also on it. But today I found the CD for 50p so now I own Roll With It on both formats. It has one of my favourite B-sides, It's Better People. I love it so much.
Your timing of this video is so good. I recently set the goal of collecting every Oasis creation/BigBrother Uk single and this video is really helpful. I have supersonic, whatever, and the importance of being idle already on the way.
This video is making me want to go into my shed and dig out my (soul?) cd collection and pop it on shelf. I have so many of these, totally nostalgic now lol
Yeah that one's a great little EP. I've also got some cool American ones, Australian ones and French ones (didn't show them in this vid though, as none of those collections are complete)
My 'D'you Know What I Mean' CD single had a digipak / card cover. I remember cycling into town and buying it in the morning of 7/7/97. It was a sunny day. I was 16. Was great to finally have some new Oasis CDs in my room. 'Stay Young' was great. 'Angel Child' was good too.
I remember that day clearly and you’re right, it was a sunny day. My dad bought it for me and put it on the stereo. Blew my mind when I heard it playing. Great memories!
Keep what Ya Got by Ian Brown. Its basically the Teotihuacan Noel written instrumental reworked with Ian Brown writing the lyrics i believe to the tune Noel had. Noel was also in the video - which is hilarious as its both of them doing the slow walk around northern terraced houses thing. about 2004
I agree that there were almost two oases Mark 1 : the old logo, creation records and original personnel up til 1999. Mark 2: the new logo, big brother records, the new line up of Andy and gem, post 2000 I remember that bonus CD that came with the Sunday times. Was 20 at the time. Was buzzing when I heard hung in a bad place.
It’s like rewatching your 90’s CD buying youth. Knowing every single that’s coming next. Another brilliant vid James👏🏻 The box sets were my pride and joy. Wish I’d never opened them. Pre-ordered 😎👍
Another great vid, James. EP preordered! There are a few I think are missing. Let Forever Be - Chemical Brothers and Noel Temper Temper - Goldie and Noel Teotihuacan - Noel on The X Files movie soundtrack To Be Someone - Noel on The Jam: Fire and Skill tribute album
D'You Know What I Mean? and Stand By Me were both cardboard Digipacks when I bought them in Northern Ireland. Was the English version of D'You Know What I Mean different? I'm confused as I never saw that one before!
I love the help album. I recently bought the reissued vinyl. The gatefold is purely photo negatives of The Smokin' Mojo Filters (Gallagher, Weller and McCartney) playing in the studio. Probably my favourite piece of album artwork.
Hi great watch few you've missed that no one else has mentioned. The U.n.k.l.e b side to "Be There" is the knock on effect which Noel plays (and I think had written parts of) a guitar part which is very f***in in the bushes esque, , There's the single by echo and the bunnymen "nothing lasts forever" which Liam sung backing vox for. Numerous imports that were available to buy in UK. Notably th Aussie ones. There's were too nme giveaways one was called creation to the nation which featured a demo of live forever, and another that escapes my mind which has a ciggs and alcohol demo on it. Oh and the thousands of tracks of Weller that Noel featured on.
You have put Chemical Brothers Setting Sun on there but not the Noel Gallagher one "Let Forever Be", did you miss it? There are quite a few others missing from the late 1990s.
I own most of those, bar one or two special compilation releases. By the way, you missed a release that Liam appeared on back in 1997. That’s Echo and the Bunnymen’s ‘Nothing Lasts Forever’. Liam does backing vocals. Apparently the two bands were in the studio at the same time and Liam was asked spontaneously to add something to the Bunnymen’s recording. Anyway, great video, James.
I had no idea interview could chart in the music charts! That's mental. What other interviews have did that if any? It's more a podcast than a song. Before podcasts exited.
I’ve ordered the EP! As much as I want this to be the start of #bringbackthecharts even if this doesn’t get to where we want it to go I can’t thank you enough James. You are doing amazing and hopefully this is a success but if not you tried and massive respect! Can’t wait to the EP to arrive and for us to #bringbackthecharts
Thanks Curtis! Much appreciated! Of course, this is just the first testing of the water, but you have to start somewhere, and this is it. Even Creation Records started small (albeit in a crack den in London haha). One of the biggest things I've found in life is that persistence gets you (almost) anything. So no matter what happens with this EP release, it's onwards and upwards 👍👍 Got my eye on the prize mate. No giving up.
That 'Zoo Magazine' CD looks like a Danish release. Lots of Denmark departments/branches listed on the back; and spelling differences like "eksklusive.." instead of exclusive. And yes I'm pretty sure Zoo came along a few years later here!
Just thought of one: Prodigy - Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned the CD album from 2004, the track Shoot Down had Liam on lead vocals (he also got a co writing credit) & Noel played the Bass. Not strictly under the Oasis name but similar to the Chemicals one
Liam and Noel both appear with Ocean Colour Scene on a live cover version of 'Day Tripper' by The Beatles which was recorded at the Royal Albert Hall. It was released as a b-side of 'The Circle' and on the album 'B-sides, Seasides and Freerides'.
Just some suggestions. Tailgunner (Noel plays drums). Smaller (Noel plays a solo on a song called Is) Goldie - Temper Temper The Stands - Noel plays a lead on one of their songs, cannot remember the name of it.
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar Theres some others. UNKLE - The Knock On Effect. Travis - All I want to do is rock Ocean Colour Scene - Day Tripper. Theres a few others too. Was released on a German Promo of an album called Car Button Cloth and Noel made them pull the track as Evan claimed the 2 of them wrote it. Apparently noel used the basic structure to write roll with it.
Oh damn, Tailgunner. Forgot about them. I was so excited for that album but.. yeah... it was alright. Does Liam cowriting Love Me And Leave Me with The Seahorses count?
94 -96 I've got all the official Oasis singles and albums, including Wibbling Rivalry (I was actually shouting at the screen it got to No 52... then you said it lol) - didnt have the Help album or the Xfm release, dont have the later one from 96 but do have Setting Sun so was pleased to see you include it - the box sets are iconic, so glad to have them, I actually have all those early singles twice because of these and have the there and then disc and NoWaySis (class, amazing you have that too!)
Noel teamed up with Mark Coyle and Paul Stacey and formed Tailgunner, which released an album by the same name in 2000. Noel on drums, Mark on guitar and vocals, and Paul on bass and pedal steel
Well done for remembering "Who Put The Weight Of The World On Your Shoulders", but you missed "Lord Don't Slow Me Down" and Solve My Mystery. There really are so many lost and unknown rare tracks. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lord_Don%27t_Slow_Me_Down_(song)
The Roll with it cover was taken on the seafront in my home town. Liam went to the club I always used to go in but I am sad to say I was not there that night. Apparently there was a bit of a clash between him and some of my mates but it’s a bit foggy to what went on.
I can’t remember what it was called but in the mid 90’s I purchased a cd with booklet (can’t remember name of it) the cd was like an hour long interview with Noel and bonehead. It’s in my attic somewhere. Let me know if your interested in it
Your mentioning of the Some Might Say CD prompted me to think of the abandoned video concept by Anton Corbijn (??).... hard to find any info on it, aside from Liam not really being bothered! idea for a video??
I have it in my head he mentions this in Supersonic somewhere? It was meant to include Liam eating baked beans or something random like that hahahahaha
Noel did a song with Ian brown called keep what you got liam did one with death in Vegas called scorpio rising and mojo filters had a single come together I have all 3 lol
Maybe a little too late, but I don't seem to find Handcream For A Generation by Cornershop, where Noel plays guitar on a track AND Guigs plays bass on another! Also: a few Paul Weller albums, like Illumination.
nice video man ! Is this your collection ? can still remember havin most of these.. wish i had them now for some reason even tho i cant play them on anything! i love that fairchild version of fade away where noels singing and liams on backing vocals.. Pre ordered ya CD anyway, lets get you in the charts !
I have the two cigarette boxes Oasis released for the singles of definitely maybe and what's the story. The quality of the b sides is superb. Alot of them should have been included on be here now
One of the things I’m so glad I was able to get was the 2 singles box sets. The silver and gold cigarette box type. Had them for years, when they were first available and they are still in mint condition!!
Hi James. Good collection. As mentioned you need to include Death In Vegas - Scorpio Rising 2002. And in 2003 The Who released a live album from the Royal Albert Hall. Noel Gallagher appears on The Who album
'X Files - The Album' from 1998 has a solo song by Noel on it called Teotihuacan, probably his first proper solo song ever released. It sounds like Keep What Ya Got written by Ian Brown and Noel in later years.
James I have an important question about the EP CD. Would I be able to put it on my computer and then transform the CD to a mp3 file on my computer to put on iTunes then put it on my phone?
Hi Curtis - if you have a CD drive on your computer you can import CDs into iTunes as mp3s easily enough. It will also be on Spotify from June 11th, so you can stream it from there too 👍👍
its sureal to revisit their catalogue and charting history because to this day or even through all of the last 15 years a song like who feels love is so largely ignored by the band or in their legacy in general, fanbase yet it went to number four, which is absolutely insane to imagine in hindsight this song being a top 5 charting, that's still quite a hit
Not sure if it's been mentioned in the comments, but in 1996, Circa Records released a compilation series called "The Best...in the World, Ever! Oasis songs are track one on both releases that I own.
First of all, you blew my mind with the timey wimey timeline for "Stop Crying your Heart Out" and Heathen Chemistry" lol I had to watch that bit a few times before I realized you just had them out of order. Second, I'm curious here, Is the Oasis on the Road World Tour live version of "My Generation" not the same as the one released on the "She is Love" single?
01-10 again all official singles and albums from this period inc cd1 and 2 for this era, have the sunday times disc, this was really well advertised at the time so I made sure to buy it. Have the NME Merry Xmas disc too (nice entry), dont have the NME big bash one tho, have both DBTT versions and the Daily mirror release, have the NME live one, love that disc design man, dont have the GOAL album but will need to get now! (cheers for that entry), dont have fan club dvd box sets tho, have the DOYS cd/dvd and the dreams we have as children - of course I have stop the clocks and time flies
Do you know anything about the album J.I.L.Y.? I saw a listing on discogs stating it was an unreleased live album and I was wondering if it was actually planned to be released officially or if it's just an unofficial bootleg. Great video by the way!
97 - 00 Have all the singles and albums again from this period, dont have that Be Here Now box tho (love that man!!), dont have rock the dock or zoo magazine one (thats a weird one if the mag hadnt been released yet??), well done for inc Carnation, I have this as well... I had that melody maker one but ive lost a lot of these and I dont think its there now although may be with a lot of my stuff in the garage. I think I have a different cover to Sunday Morning Call though id need to check. I have the purple FTM album.
cool collection man, I thought when you said you had it all I did too, so i have stuff to buy. I have the Death in Vegas - Scorpio Rising single with Liam singing, Smokin Mojo Filters - Come Together, Noel with Macca and Weller too. Apart from that I have Champagne Supernova import from Australia, Dont Go Away from USA, I have all of the 90s albums on cassette and on vinyl, I have demo/session recordings for all the albums except Dig out yer soul. I have various live discs, Manchester Academy 94, Santiago Chile 98, Berlin early 00s, Barrowlands 01 and some others that are just taped. Then for solo stuff every album released by either Liam or Noel, so Beady Eye 2 albums and Liams 3 (i dont have the live ones yet) and all of NHFB released albums and Death of you and me cd single. I have a lot of other stuff that I have bought of live performances that arent official and interview albums from Japan, Italy, Argentina and the US
Just done a bit of research and it appears that Zoo Magazine was a Danish publication. I can't find any actual image of the mag though, only the compilation CDs they put out of which there were 20-odd.
Pre-Ordered a couple of EP's,looking forward to getting them James, any vinyl release?Ha ha...only kidding,i am of that generation(Just a bit younger than Noel G)...anyway best of luck mate and fingers crossed
Cool collection James, my dad used to have that cigarette singles box set and he annoyingly binned it! Would I be able to request a video on I Am The Resurrection, would love to learn that outro solo?
The original DYKWIM was a card sleeve too, just like SBM. Had all the original singles and albums from when they came out as well as a shit load of bootlegs and then binned the lot in 2012. EP ordered, nice one
Thanks so much for preordering! Massive appreciation :) Yeah I need to track down a digipak version of DYKWIM (along with quite a few others it turns out I've missed out ha)
Thanks so much Charles - me too mate. It's just the first dip of a toe into the pool, but you have to start somewhere. Onwards and upwards! #takebackthecharts
I have about 90% of what you showed. Only really missing the last album singles and a few other magazine cds. I got most if not all of it when they came out. I’m now off to eBay to see if I can complete it
What I’m missing is Songbird single Lyla single and dvd Importance of being idol single and dvd Let there be love single and dvd Time flies yellow box set
One release which comes to mind NOT in your video was a random CD included with Nintendo System magazine. It had a Digsy's Dinner on it, I imagine it was some time in '94. Also, I appreciate it was a cassette but Creation for the Nation with NME in Dec '93 was amazing. The Columbia demo is on there...
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar It was definitely the album version so nothing monumental or anything just a weird little curio... was ironically my first exposure to both Oasis and Primal Scream
It came with Donkey Kong Country and was my introduction to Oasis! It also had Terrorvision and The Boo Radleys on it. The other one that came to mind watching this was the song on the X Files soundtrack, Teotihuacan
Just to be pedantic, the full band version of Married with Children is on Live by the sea. Quite possibly my favourite live song. Edit. Zoo Magazine Linnésgade 14, 2. th DK-1361 Copenhagen
Great video, I’ve never heard about the Dig out your soul Songbook I’m surprised you didn’t opened the reeditions of first 3 albums. The booklets are pretty good, with information of each song Next Oasis album seems it’s going to be a B-Side compilation 2000-2009. It supposed to be released last year, but Liam didn’t approved any of Noel’s setlist.
How can someone dislike this? Amazing and insightful. This video should be mentioned on their official website.
Thanks! I think there's a few people who just click dislike whatever the video is... always trolls out there sadly. Shrug.
Hello all, thanks for all for filling in the missing gaps in my collection...
This is what I've got so far:
Let Forever Be (Chemical Brothers song co-written and sung by Noel)
Teotihuacan (Instrumental track by Noel on the X-Files Movie Soundtrack)
Temper Temper (Goldie song featuring Noel on guitar)
Wonderwall (Mike Flowers Pops cover which reached #2 in the UK, 2 months after Oasis)

Day Tripper (CD2 of The Circle single from Ocean Colour Scene, featuring OCS, Noel & Liam)
Tailgunner (Album featuring Mark Coyle as frontman, and Noel on drums)
Purple Parallelogram (technically a promo - co-written between Noel and Evan Dando, only released as a promo in Germany)
Lord Dont Slow Me Down (released on publicly available CD in NME Essential Bands 2007)
Champagne Supernova (no-waves version, released on 'Assorted!' CD with Q Magazine, 1 Dec 1995)

Shoot Down (track 12 from the Prodigy album 'Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned', featuring Noel on bass, and Liam as co-writer and singer)

In 2002 Liam did a song with death in Vegas. Scorpio rising. Really good song. Pretty sure was released as a single and was on an album as well
Yeah good call. I apparently also missed one on an X-Files soundtrack
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar Was the X Files soundtrack song not what eventually became Ian Browns 'Keep What You Got'?
@@MKYCmusic Yes
That tune came up on my Spotify discover weekly and at first i thought I'd must have missed some random Oasis release lol
Amazing collection you have there!!!👌👌👌
Thanks! Still discovering more I haven't got yet haha
The Roll with it cover was taken on the seafront in my home town. Liam went to the club I always used to go in but I am sad to say I was not there that night. Apparently there was a bit of a clash between him and some of my mates but it’s a bit foggy to what went on.
Just pre ordered my copy don’t mind doing my bit for the cause can’t go wrong for 4 quid! looking forward to hearing mate cheers
Thanks so much Alan, huge appreciation 👍👍🎸🎸
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar you’re very welcome bud
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar I'd need to re-watch the film but certainly sounds like a wasted opportunity for Liam!
@@edwardshawe6395 Hahahaha hungover I think
I thought I owned every Oasis release, but I’ve never heard of the XFM disc with Married With Children. I need to hunt this down now!
I found it on Discogs - think you can also get it on Ebay
Noel did a song with Ian brown called keep what you got liam did one with death in Vegas called scorpio rising and mojo filters had a single come together I have all 3 lol
Maybe a little too late, but I don't seem to find Handcream For A Generation by Cornershop, where Noel plays guitar on a track AND Guigs plays bass on another! Also: a few Paul Weller albums, like Illumination.
Pre-ordered - keep these videos coming mate, they’re great 👍
Thanks so much Marc, huge appreciation mate
More videos on the way 👍👍👍🎸🎸🎸
nice video man ! Is this your collection ? can still remember havin most of these.. wish i had them now for some reason even tho i cant play them on anything! i love that fairchild version of fade away where noels singing and liams on backing vocals.. Pre ordered ya CD anyway, lets get you in the charts !
Yeah this is my own collection - and thanks so much for pre-ordering! Massive gratitude mate!
#takebackthecharts
I have the two cigarette boxes Oasis released for the singles of definitely maybe and what's the story. The quality of the b sides is superb. Alot of them should have been included on be here now
Be Here Now with The Masterplan and Going Nowhere on it would have been a very different album
One of the things I’m so glad I was able to get was the 2 singles box sets. The silver and gold cigarette box type. Had them for years, when they were first available and they are still in mint condition!!
Just pre ordered the EP James! Hopefully hits the top 40! Keep us updated!! 🎸🎤🎸🎤
Excellent thanks so much John. I'm hoping 1000 copies will break the top 100 at least. Fingers crossed!
Hi James. Good collection. As mentioned you need to include Death In Vegas - Scorpio Rising 2002. And in 2003 The Who released a live album from the Royal Albert Hall. Noel Gallagher appears on The Who album
Great vid, thanks. I have a cd which came with Q magazine released in 94 I think with album version of Slide Away on.
Cd was called Really Free
Cheers Dale! Cool, don't have that one
Really great video missed a few of these releases
Glad you enjoyed 👍👍 yeah I missed a few as well that other people pointed out
'X Files - The Album' from 1998 has a solo song by Noel on it called Teotihuacan, probably his first proper solo song ever released. It sounds like Keep What Ya Got written by Ian Brown and Noel in later years.
Ah brilliant! Thanks for that
That's some deep-cut knowledge there.
Zoo magazine is from Denmark. The magazine was active in the late nineties.
Just ordered the EP!
Good luck!
Thanks so much! Massive appreciation! 👍👍👍🎸🎸🎸
It will also be on Spotify from June 11th, so you can stream it from there too 👍👍
Great videos as always James, and I got my pre order in, cant wait 🥳
Thanks so much BTS! Massive appreciation 🎸🎸🎸🎸
its sureal to revisit their catalogue and charting history because to this day or even through all of the last 15 years a song like who feels love is so largely ignored by the band or in their legacy in general, fanbase
yet it went to number four, which is absolutely insane to imagine in hindsight this song being a top 5 charting, that's still quite a hit
Pre-ordered. Thanks James.
Thanks so much Simon! 🤘🤘🤘
Boom! Pre-ordered. Looking forward to it James 🤟
Thanks so much TOG&B! Me too, these are exciting times...
Ordered the EP! This is the start of something big
Brilliant thanks Lewis. I believe you are right...
I have a Nimrod CD (By Green Day), and it is a Promotional Use CD, and I got it at 2nd & Charles (Bookstore).
Not sure if it's been mentioned in the comments, but in 1996, Circa Records released a compilation series called "The Best...in the World, Ever! Oasis songs are track one on both releases that I own.
Just bought a copy. Best of luck fella
Thanks so much Craig!

Another great video sir.
Thanks! 👍👍🎸🎸🤘🤘
Got one from the newspaper the independent, 5 song cd - live forever, round our way, champagne supernova, stand by me, some might say
Nice one, yeah got that, didn't include it tho as no new songs
Cool collection James 👍
You missed Fire And Skill the Jam Tribute album that has Carnation on it which you mentioned but also has Noel doing ‘To Be Someone’.
01-10
again all official singles and albums from this period inc cd1 and 2 for this era, have the sunday times disc, this was really well advertised at the time so I made sure to buy it.
Don't know if it's been mentioned elsewhere but Noel sang the lyrics on the Chemical Brothers "Let Forever Be" in 1999.
Do you know anything about the album J.I.L.Y.? I saw a listing on discogs stating it was an unreleased live album and I was wondering if it was actually planned to be released officially or if it's just an unofficial bootleg. Great video by the way!
4 copies pre-order so I can give some out to my mates. We are all behind you James.
Amazing, thanks so much Fretter - huge gratitude for that! Onwards and upwards 🤘🤘🤘
and of course the knebworth CD. i think its crazy that this is the first time Oasis 1.0 in their prime has ever been available as a live album.
This inspired me to dig out my 'Get yer kicks in '96' bootleg CD.
Ha nice! Never heard of that one!
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar I'm struggling to find out much about it. It was recorded in the Netherlands, Utretch I think.
@@TheDandob1982 Ah ok fair enough

Have all the singles and albums again from this period, dont have that Be Here Now box tho (love that man!!), dont have rock the dock or zoo magazine one (thats a weird one if the mag hadnt been released yet??), well done for inc Carnation, I have this as well... I had that melody maker one but ive lost a lot of these and I dont think its there now although may be with a lot of my stuff in the garage. I think I have a different cover to Sunday Morning Call though id need to check. I have the purple FTM album.
Just ordered your new EP ! What about all the extra tracks on the 'Dig out your Soul' Deluxe box ? Best wishes :)
Thanks so much Louise!
And yeah, good call on the DOYS box set, I thought it was just vinyl. EBay here I come...
cool collection man, I thought when you said you had it all I did too, so i have stuff to buy.
NME presents The Glastonbury Broadcasts Volume 1 CD contains Rock 'N' Roll Star from Glastonbury. Not released anywhere else I believe.
Excellent, thanks for that, added it to the list
Pre-Ordered a couple of EP's,looking forward to getting them James, any vinyl release?Ha ha...only kidding,i am of that generation(Just a bit younger than Noel G)...anyway best of luck mate and fingers crossed
Thanks so much Verny! That's awesome!
I would definitely be open to the idea of doing some vinyls if there were enough people interested 👍👍
The Zoo Magazine CD is from the Danish Zoo Magazine not the later UK one of the same name.
Ah nice one thanks 👍👍
Cool collection James, my dad used to have that cigarette singles box set and he annoyingly binned it! Would I be able to request a video on I Am The Resurrection, would love to learn that outro solo?
Hi Jaiden - Im in the process of transcribing it, so watch this space!
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar Can’t wait James, cheers 👍🏻
The original DYKWIM was a card sleeve too, just like SBM. Had all the original singles and albums from when they came out as well as a shit load of bootlegs and then binned the lot in 2012. EP ordered, nice one
Thanks so much for preordering! Massive appreciation :)
Yeah I need to track down a digipak version of DYKWIM (along with quite a few others it turns out I've missed out ha)
The 1997 NME Creation For The Nation compilation has a demo version of Live Forever from 1993.
Just ordered GTBB. So excited for the tunes and the way this masterplan will lead (Hopefully to many good things!). All the best #takebackthecharts
Thanks so much Charles - me too mate. It's just the first dip of a toe into the pool, but you have to start somewhere. Onwards and upwards!
#takebackthecharts
I have a compilation by NME called the essential bands 2007 that has Lord Don’t Slow Me Down as it’s first track
Ah interesting! I might need to track that one down
I have about 90% of what you showed. Only really missing the last album singles and a few other magazine cds. I got most if not all of it when they came out. I’m now off to eBay to see if I can complete it
What I’m missing is
Songbird single
Lyla single and dvd
Importance of being idol single and dvd
Let there be love single and dvd
Time flies yellow box set
One release which comes to mind NOT in your video was a random CD included with Nintendo System magazine. It had a Digsy's Dinner on it, I imagine it was some time in '94. Also, I appreciate it was a cassette but Creation for the Nation with NME in Dec '93 was amazing. The Columbia demo is on there...
Interesting - was it the album version of Digsys Dinner or another one?
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar It was definitely the album version so nothing monumental or anything just a weird little curio... was ironically my first exposure to both Oasis and Primal Scream
It came with Donkey Kong Country and was my introduction to Oasis! It also had Terrorvision and The Boo Radleys on it.
The other one that came to mind watching this was the song on the X Files soundtrack, Teotihuacan
Wow I'm surprised the collection is so large, good job getting all of these, but where's Don't Stop?
Just to be pedantic, the full band version of Married with Children is on Live by the sea. Quite possibly my favourite live song.
Edit.

Ha yeah got Live By The Sea, but to my memory it was never put out on audio CD? I would be interested to know if I'm wrong there tho?
@@JamesHargreavesGuitar Good point, I think it might have been VHS only.
Great video, I’ve never heard about the Dig out your soul Songbook
I’m surprised you didn’t opened the reeditions of first 3 albums. The booklets are pretty good, with information of each song
Next Oasis album seems it’s going to be a B-Side compilation 2000-2009. It supposed to be released last year, but Liam didn’t approved any of Noel’s setlist.
I found a 'Columbia Promo' CD for 2004, so Oasis did release something for 2004.
Think most missed have been mentioned in the comments. One odd one is Beck Devils Haircut single with a Noel G Remix 👍
Also Noel is on Goldie Temper Temper single
Yeah I've got quite a list for ebay haha
Pre ordered the EP👍
Thanks so much Max! Massive appreciation!
EP ordered, pal... Good luck!
Thanks so much Tom! Massive gratitude! 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
Cool video, really enjoyed it, thanks!
I think we can tell at this you like Oasis haha, great video!
Hahahaha yeah they're ok...
I think one you could include was the Big Issue CD that had Sad Song on it, they only way (to my knowledge) that song was released on CD!
Not sure if Scorpio rising by death in Vegas would be one, similar category to Noel with the chemical brothers I suppose
Ah good call
Don't Go Away Japanese cd single is missing James ? It has first time on cd version of Sad Song
