Quite frankly, I'm surprised they haven't already. I know my response to your comment is very late at this point, but I just found this channel less than a week ago so I'm catching up lol If they have done so at this point, forgive me. Regardless, your idea would be awesome to see :D
I am a huge fan of the star wars extended universe and the Thrawn trilogy. that does not mean everything is flawless. In some ways I'm happy for the soft reset cuz we no longer have to deal with Chewy being killed by having a moon dropped on his head or jaba's father building a third deathstar but only using space monkeys as engineers.

in one of the old star wars books, some super aliens who were immune to the force for some reason showed up and dropped a moon on Chewbacca. and in another book Jaba the Hutts father was angry at Leia for killing his son, so the stole the death star plans from the Republic, built his own death star in like, 3 months, but only used alien space monkeys to build it so it blew up the first time he tried to use it. Yes, this was actual star wars cannon until disney bought the series and rebooted all the expanded universe stuff. There's plenty more really dumb old cannon stuff out there.
Like that time Luke joined a cult led by an evil golden blob, or that one book thats entire plot revolves around the emperor's son trying to find darth vader's glove cuz its magical or something and also he wants to eat all the space whales cuz they taste good? And any list of dumb Legends stuff would be remiss not to mention the comic book Third Law where Princess Leia goes to the space bank to get a space loan so she can buy more x-wings but darth vader tries to stop her. Oh, and then there is the Sun Crusher, a starfighter sized super weapon capable of destroying solar systems by making their suns go supernova, and is also durable enough to survive said sun going supernova. Can vehicles be mary sues? o.o

Yeah there's some weird shit in there, but come on the New Jedi Order series was rad, and Chewie's death was pretty damn epic and emotional.
thats fine! I'm personally not fond of New Jedi Order cuz the vong were the most edgy thing that ever existed in the star wars universe and they just didn't sit right with me. It was like, the authors were sitting in a meeting like 'we made the jedi too powerful! how do we have stakes in our new series?' and one author is like 'maybe introduce a new species of never before seen aliens who are for some reason immune to the force and lightsabers?' and the first guy was like 'brilliant! but how do we market them to the teenaged demographic?' and another guy was like 'make them obsessed with pain and all be emo and shit and be really into cutting and stuff. thats in right now isn't it?' and so the vong were born XD

I just came from the Yugioh video and him trying to describe the fairy one was hilarious. "Have you ever see The Strangers?" "It looks like if you cut a burlap sack using an iPhone" "It's like she was made by apple, but she's bondagey". It could create some crazy drawings!!

Just as a quick FYI Bowcasters use a metal quarrel (aka small dart) that is wrapped in a plasma sheath and the arms of the Bowcasters are magnets used to accelerate the plasma coated quarrel at high velocity.

I believe the aegument tor bowcasters is that the scaffold with the spheres on it generates some sort of acceleration field; like a railgun or something.

bow casters shoot green apples really fast, Its quite the secret within the star wars universe but the wookies found a way to make green apples look like lasers and be even more lethal.
Ok so I know this vid is 3 years old but I just thought I'd give an explanation of blasters/bowcasters bc I think it's cool: blaster bolts are plasma, which is basically the next state of matter up from gas (so you have solid to liquid, liquid to gas, and gas to plasma. I mean, you can go from solid to gas and vice versa, but this is typically what happens). It's actually compressed tibanna gas (from Cloud City and other similar places). When gas is compressed enough, it theoretically will ionize it and turn it into plasma. Usually, though, gas ionizes into plasma at very high temperatures. Compressing gas probably could also turn it into a supercritical fluid, but I'm not sure. (Supercritical fluid is another state of matter that is kind of both a liquid and a gas as well as neither of them.) Blaster bolts could also be lasers, but I think the plasma theory is cooler tbh. I think the photonic molecule theory might also work, but that's mostly for lightsabers. Photonic molecules are yet another state of matter, but I'm not sure if they actually exist-- they might just be theoretical. By the way, if your HS science teacher ever told you that there are only 3 states of matter, they lied. There are waaaay more than three. We just usually only see the big four (solid, liquid, gas, and plasma-- the sun is made of plasma so that's why I included it).

If memory serves, the bow caster actually fires projectiles surrounded by gasses so they look like lasers. The little ball things at the ends of the bow are magnets that pull the projectile to the front of the weapon from where momentum carries the bullet.

A bow caster is a slugthrower (Aka something that shoots slugs, or bullets, rather than lasers) that charges the bullet so it looks and act like a laser, but has mass, because science!
It fires an accelerated plasma projectile like a rail gun or gauss cannon. Pretty dope actually.
