    07:59 It's a great advice! I love sport and I drag myself many times in hard situations where I want/need to train every day. Having a reasonable goal and see the bigger picture is fundamental to enjoy sport! Totally agree with what you said.

      I appreciate your support! I'm glad we share the same thoughts on this. I may add: that training with someone else or a coach is usually beneficial and helps having a different opinion on the situation you are in.

    I've run for 20 years, but never warmed up or stretched before hand. I must be a terrible runner 😂

Warming up and stretching can enhance your performance and prevent injury, but everyone’s journey is different. It’s great that you’re open to trying new things-it’s never too late to add a few extra benefits to your routine! Keep it up!
